Went there invited by friends for a birthday celebration. Ordered their set menu for 4 plus few other dishes. Super value for money given the quality. All dishes were delicious 🤤. Service was superb. Few outstanding dishes: La zi chicken (balance in flavour, spiciness & very crispy), stir-fried mushroom with pork, seafood thick soup with tofu and conpoy & Mianyang vermicelli in herbal soup. Overall a decent experience. Will return.

中秋節訂了包房之前就吃過,真的好吃才做回頭客。吃飯的時候服務員覺得什麼都是自己話事,問也不問客人上菜速度,就自己決定不上最後的菜,覺得太快喔,不問她最後菜也不記得上,到最後要走啦,話要取消就馬上上菜。訂位時給了訂金已經whatapp給到餐廳,結果到要埋單的時候服務員要求親眼看道訂金receipt才肯埋單。。。我還手抱我2歲的女兒,全房間8個大人看著,我說我已經付款1000傳了whatsapp麻煩你去查查,服務員說了我前台看到訂金,都是一定要親眼看到訂金訂單。真的很無奈。如果已經傳了WhatsApp點解一定要親眼看,明明這麼大一圍人看著,是不是只有這樣埋單?!原來坐房比在外面更沒有服務,還要被人審查!

純素川菜 廚師用心製造 員工用心服務 我既體驗 市面上素川菜並唔多 有水準的 呢間係其中一間主要用既素肉食材- Plant SifuTM 素餐牌選擇頗多宜賓芽菜素肉擔擔面賣相吸引 素肉非常好食 花生醬就唔太食到 真心又辣又麻 食左兩啖放棄左 太廢的我素肉紅油炒手完完全全素肉餡 甜辣甜辣 第一啖感覺會辣d 但呢道菜都適合只能食bb辣既朋友仔琵琶素肉豆腐口感豐富 初食似魚肉慢慢變豆腐 唔係即刻食同沾滿南瓜醬 琵琶仍然保持外脆效果 素肉末爆米花配生菜生菜包都唔差 一片生菜唔夠就包多片 會額外有一碟生菜俾你 包唔哂單食生菜可解辣仲好fresh 素肉年藕餅 蓮藕片托底 入口咸香 無愈食愈咸既感覺 有驚喜液係我最鐘意既一道菜總括而言 一分錢一分貨 會再幫襯呀

之前lockdown嘅時候試過買呢間嘅外賣,食完之後覺得外賣都咁好食就一定要去試埋堂食。頭盤我會推介「香辣海帶絲」個汁好特別食完之後大家都唔捨得將個汁拎走無論你多人或者小人都必食嘅「水煮桂魚」水煮顧名思義一定有層油喺度佢哋嘅湯超野味油唔會好厚身令到成件事都好舒服最重要係薯寬粉好煙韌好好食燒椒茄子 $88香辣海帶絲 $68乾鍋鱔魚 $188水煮桂魚 $448乾鍋手撕包菜 $168香烤牛肋骨 $498椒鹽豆腐粒 $88辣子肥腸 $188紅糖糍粑 $68四川冰粉 $38

無論你多人或者小人都必食嘅「水煮桂魚」
水煮顧名思義一定有層油喺度
佢哋嘅湯超野味
油唔會好厚身
令到成件事都好舒服
最重要係薯寬粉好煙韌好好食

We actually went to the K11 Musea not the Wan Chai one. But I’m sure I’ll visit Wan Chai one soon coz their food is above and beyond! @dengg.hongkong

口水雞
幹鍋鱔魚
成都擔擔麵
紅油抄手

Every dish is good! I like eel so that 幹鍋鱔魚made my day. 口水雞has a lot of soybean paste and the chilli oil is fragrant. More dishes to come in part 2! Chef Deng (not often stationed) is a Sichuan native and had established a few restaurants in Shanghai including fine dining 南興園, then started debute鄧記 in Wan Chai for HKG, now overtake Shu Ke and moved in with K11 Musea. He also impressed Joel Robuchon on Sichuan cuisine. I agree, 水煮魚 is not all 川菜☺️

Fun fact: 70% of Sichuan dishes are not spicy 😆
