第一次嘗試呢間所謂高級海景川菜,大失所望。揀咗中午時間嚟,一坐低就追住要你叫茶,驚死你走咗唔食嗰款。入咗嚟就發覺間餐廳冇咩人,仲有好大陣宿味。上咗一碟炸花生好似擺咗成個禮拜咁,回潮到唔敢食。我見檯面擺出嚟全部都係貴價套餐,問咗兩次,waitress先不情不願俾我一張平價嘅lunch set manual。Order個雙人套餐,份量又少又難食。酸菜魚真係得五片魚肉,其他菜就好似用微波爐叮出嚟,冷熱不均。四百幾蚊嘅雙人套餐,其實有好多選擇,下次絕對唔會再來😓

同事深深愛上了這一道特色四川菜😂,他說麻辣麻辣的感覺太爽啦! 牛肉很嫩,配上娃娃菜和薯粉,就是這個味道!

🍽️泡椒蒜香大蝦

這道菜非常驚喜,讓人眼前一亮😍 大蝦超大一只,蒜末和泡椒混在一起,一口下去非常香~蝦非常嫩,搭配得剛剛好!

🍽️牛肉綿陽米粉

說真的我都沒吃過綿陽米粉😂牛肉整碗都是!米粉把汁都吸收了,香辣香辣的🤤!一試愛上!

蕞後以燕窩結尾,莞美收官🤤

我的「花椒煎焗大閘蟹」重約五兩,蟹身早已開成兩半,方便客人以手拿來食用。蟹殼上有不少的花椒粒,把蟹左右掰開,白雪雪的蟹肉上黃黃白白,無比吸引的蟹膏蟹黃,猶如半透明果凍一般,口感黏膩漿口,甘甜鮮美,讓人滿足極了!經煎焗過的大閘蟹,帶點兒花椒的香,與常見的清蒸製法相比,又另有一番與別不同的風味!

同樣邪惡的,是用料名貴的「花膠蟹粉拌麵」。這道分成三份奉客的菜式,先有與吸引的蟹粉混在一起的花膠條;再有伴以青菜,捲成一團,份量不少的白麵條;最後還有秘製的上湯。吃時先把蟹粉和花膠倒進放有白麵條和青菜的碗中,再澆以適量的上湯,一碗美味可口的「花膠蟹粉拌麵」便可以立即享用,讓味蕾感覺這拌麵的美好滋味。

最後還有甜品,是傳統的中式甜品薑汁湯丸」。大閘蟹始終是較為寒涼之物,一碗熱暖的「薑汁湯丸」正是合宜的配搭。這甜湯中兩顆圓鼓鼓的芝麻湯丸水準不錯,湯丸皮煙韌,芝麻餡甜蜜,讓人喜上眉梢,甜在心頭,雖然薑茶辣度稍嫌不足,不太對我的口味,整個套餐質素之高,仍然不容置疑。
