鼎泰豐的服務很好,店內裝潢寬敞明亮。招牌菜小籠包皮薄餡多,且有彈性不易破,一口吃下去都還能嚐到滿滿湯..好滿足!!至愛醉雞,雞肉鮮嫰肉質有囗感,好香花鵰酒香味。食物水準一如以往甚為高,優點: 食品水準穩定且高缺點:食品份量偏少,價錢偏貴但整體而言價格稍貴。但都會繼續支持!!!!

我一向都係鼎泰豐的忠粉,久唔久都要食一次。因為知道美麗華分店會比較少人(新港果間真係排到天昏地暗),今晚就決定同朋友黎美麗華呢間開餐啦。其實食親鼎泰豐次次都差不多叫同樣既野食醉雞係其中一樣必點的,酒味濃郁,雞肉香滑,正!小蘢包-正常質素,但略嫌食落口唔係熱,好似攤左一陣先送到過黎咁炒油麥菜-夠晒多蒜蓉,好清甜蔥花蛋炒飯,我一直都好鍾意食呢到的蔥花蛋炒飯,飯粒唔會痴住,粒粒分開,又有好香的蛋香味!但今次食覺得個飯有啲硬,放左一陣仲變到一舊一舊咁,有啲失望我地今晚總共點左4個菜,但一落完單佢好快就一次過上齊晒啲菜,想慢慢食都唔得,仲要啲菜好快就攤凍晒,呢一點係鼎泰豐稍有不足的地方!

我地今晚總共點左4個菜,但一落完單佢好快就一次過上齊晒啲菜,想慢慢食都唔得,仲要啲菜好快就攤凍晒,呢一點係鼎泰豐稍有不足的地方!

因為未黎過呢間分店,所以專程揀呢間而放棄新港中心分店。但結論係點心質素稍遜,普遍都唔夠熱。前菜:涼拌黑木耳($48)落單後一兩分鐘已到。酸酸甜甜嘅開胃菜一碟,有加左杞子、薑絲同百合增強咬口。點心:菜肉紅油抄手($58/約6粒)嘩,呢個點心係同黑木耳同步上菜咁滯。速度之快令我驚訝,咬一口,果然係微暖,似預先整好,雖然個辣汁好好味,香辣兼備。小籠包($60/6個)呢個落單後5分鐘已送到,皮薄餡靚,有湯汁,但同紅油抄手一樣,唔夠熱呢!蒜蓉油麥菜($63)呢個要讚,因為夠熱!炸排骨湯麵($65)2人食,每人分到一碗,湯麵個麵質還可,唔會太淋;炸豬扒就OK啦。茶水每位$9,限用餐時間90分鐘,我覺得呢間分店麻麻地,下次都係去返新港店算。

Been in fall with Chinese food - Shanghai food in specific ever since I moved to HKLove the Xiao Long Bao (juicy steamed bun with soup inside) here., but need to be caution as the soup will spill out when you put the bun into your mouth!Apart from Xiao Long Bao, we ordered few appetizers, soup noodles and fried rice.Everything was nice, portion was a bit small though (I would say it's a bit overpriced..)

My friend love the dumpling a lot so we came here.When the waiter open the dumpling, he found out one of the dumpling was broken, he said would replace one dumpling later... so funny. We ordered chicken soup. This time was better, I remember there was no chicken in the chicken soup before, there was some of the chicken meat inside this time.Another kind of dumpling. With some vegetables which was good.

很懷念台灣鼎泰豐的原味,可惜暫時未能到台灣食,唯有在香港的鼎泰豐食住先止喝。剛好有外國朋友來香港旅遊,帶他食較有中國特色的小籠包確實不錯一貫鼎泰豐都要等位, 和朋友等了大概30分鐘左右便可進場。當然要食鼎泰豐嘅特色小籠包啦, 還點菜肉紅油炒手,炒四季豆,鮮肉包等 外國朋友很期待,因為他還是第一次係正宗的小籠包 熱辣辣的小籠包送到,保持一貫水準皮薄餡靚 四季豆很惹味 鮮肉包豬肉鮮味多汁 水晶肉爽脆十分好味 菜肉紅油炒手香港的鼎泰豐,仍能吃出台灣的味道。

來鼎泰豐吃晚餐,怎能小了它出色的菜餚的小籠包($60),怎樣才算得上一籠出色小籠包,我覺得皮薄多肉汁而湯汁清甜冇味精,且包裹貼服沒有穿皮,這裡大概都做得到,一籠6隻每人分到3隻,但可惜食物的温度略低。

吃飽後再加一個甜品才算完滿,我們點了迷你芝麻包。

當等待甜品的時候,侍應生的溫馨提示8:00pm限時即將到,幸好我們已差不多完成晚餐了。

過了一會兒,迷你芝麻包($33)亦奉上,包的質感軟綿綿,芝麻的香濃軟滑,味道不會過甜膩。
