今日全職湊B,等到老婆收工,即時交比佢,自己蛇出去食餐好,叉足電再幫手,由於想食小籠包,所以選擇鼎泰豐。去左叫左半打小籠包、1碗清湯牛肉麵。碗清湯麵,中間有舊薑,但一啲都唔辣,而且好無根,煮到淋晒,再吸埋啲湯,真係連舊薑都好食過人。牛肉就唔洗講啦,係牛展,有牛味、夠淋,加上清湯,一啲都唔膩,麵質清爽,唔痴口,食得出係自家制、新鮮拉,雖然$85/碗,但好食。講返主角小籠包,食完再追加半打,前後食左1打,佢皮薄,但唔會穿,多汁,但點上自家制醋後唔膩再加上薑絲,直頭係不能代替既美味。其實佢啲茶都幾好飲,雖然要收茶錢,但都值得。

記得人生第一次食鼎泰豐,是跟家人去台灣的時候,當時印象深刻的,除了皮薄汁多的小龍包,還有隔著透明玻璃包小龍包的人,感覺餐廳很大膽,讓食客透視廚房的情況,令人對裡面的衛生派下定心丸。自此之後,我便愛上鼎泰豐。今晚食飯,途經尖沙咀美麗華廣場,知道裡面有間鼎泰豐便排隊等位。等了二十多分鐘,便有位了,看了看餐牌點了排骨菜飯、紅油抄手和小龍包,轉個頭的時間餸菜便送到枱上,味道和賣相依然貫切鼎泰豐的水準,一絲不苟。

以前好鍾意去鼎泰豐食,食物質素有保證,價錢合理,上菜速度奇快。隔左一排無來到,今日再試下佢,食物質素還好,牛肚除外,係冰隔囉出來,經理中夠膽同我理論話凍係正常(牛肚係凍到結冰)。其他野食同以前差唔多。但係埋單既時候就覺得出事了,每人要二百幾,不經不覺呢家貴左咁多,但係環境唔係改善返去高級菜式地方。真係唔多想再去,不推薦.....

以前好鍾意去鼎泰豐食,食物質素有保證,價錢合理,上菜速度奇快。隔左一排無來到,今日再試下佢,食物質素還好,牛肚除外,係冰隔囉出來,經理中夠膽同我理論話凍係正常(牛肚係凍到結冰)。其他野食同以前差唔多。但係埋單既時候就覺得出事了,每人要二百幾,不經不覺呢家貴左咁多,但係環境唔係改善返去高級菜式地方。真係唔多想再去,不推薦.....

排骨另上,雖然話係油炸但無炸粉,個人覺得比較似煎
排骨醃得入味,黑椒味偏重,有食夜市炸雞扒既味道
麵既湯頭好清淡,味道好清爽。如果排骨浸落湯可以減低油脷感覺。

第一次食蝦肉雲吞,之前一向都係中意食菜肉雲吞,今次試下新野。一試即愛上,首先個汁甜甜地加上蒜泥好野味
咬落去食到一隻蝦係入面,而且口感同食白煮蝦一樣爽甜。十分有驚喜

之前一直不知道尖沙咀有兩家每次都會老遠跑去銅鑼灣這次發現了應該會常光顧了這是老闆愛的牛肚在下還沒有反應就沒了大半碟之後來一客馬蘭頭這味道真的是很特別也讓人回味四季也食得到的豆好好味呢裡面是蝦肉的紅油抄手還是第一次試很有新鮮感主角到了我們叫了兩客不用打架了可想而知我們都超愛小籠包雞絲蝦仁春卷這個在下就普普通通但老闆就很喜歡了炸醬拌麵這個好像食到臘腸還滿特別的另外我們還點了:原盎鮮雞湯🐔紅燒牛肉湯麵🐮䓤花蛋炒飯食食下都忘記拍照了最後二人七百幾結帳大滿足又要回工司幹活了。。。。。。。。。。
