星期一晚上我光顧位於「豉油街」和「花園街」交界的港式燒臘茶餐廳「鼎記」,還意外發現「鼎記」竟然有製作和發售「咖喱牛腩飯」食品,可惜我詢問後才發現「鼎記」的「絕鼎咖喱牛腩飯」竟然已經售罄。所以我放棄享用「鼎記」製造的「絕鼎咖喱牛腩飯」,打算享用「鼎記」的自選車仔麵食品就算數。怎料原來「鼎記」「車仔麵」無法選擇「白飯」底,冥冥中已經註定我在「鼎記」裡面難以享用一般飯類食品晚餐。所以我最後只能夠在「鼎記」裡面,簡單食個不能夠配「白飯」的「車仔麵」食品,食完「鼎記」「車仔麵」晚餐,結賬後再在附近尋找其他食店享用「牛腩飯」。至於「鼎記」實際上的「車仔麵」食品,除了無法選擇「白飯」做底層材料,被迫改為選擇「河粉」作為麵底之外,其他「車仔麵」餸菜食品大致上跟平日差不多,都是「秘製牛腩」加「鹵水雞翼」加「蘿蔔」。至於「鼎記」「車仔麵」裡面的「湯底」,「鼎記」自助點餐紙裡面的「湯底」包括有「秘製腩汁」,我已經沒有再想「腩汁」裡面的味道是鹹還是甜,反正我之後還會選擇再在其他食店享用「牛腩飯」。結果我發現「鼎記」「車仔麵」裡面的「秘製腩汁」實際味道,原來是一半甜味跟一半鹹味,總算「腩汁」湯底最後沒有變成味道

至於「鼎記」一半甜一半鹹「秘製腩汁」令「蘿蔔」實際製成品裡面的味道,還是偏向比較甜,儘管「秘製腩汁」鹹味還是有滲透進入「蘿蔔」,「蘿蔔」即使沒有筋,還是令「蘿蔔」實際上不算非常容易入口。

不過「蘿蔔」即使不算非常容易入口,但是至少「蘿蔔」口感不算很硬,如果可以再炆腍一點的話可能會變得更好。至於「秘製牛腩」實際製成品裡面不是完全只有「牛肉」,還夾雜一些少許口感軟腍的「牛筋」。

加上實際味道半鹹半甜的「秘製腩汁」湯底,令「秘製牛腩」實際上的口感偏向有點軟腍,算是容易入口,「牛腩」吸收半鹹半甜「秘製腩汁」之後味道變得很濃厚,可惜沒有「白飯」配「牛腩」一起享用。

至於「鼎記」「鹵水雞翼」實際製成品的表面色澤呈現非常鮮豔的紅色,我未試食前已經認為「鹵水雞翼」的味道會很甜,只是「雞翼」實際味道還夾雜湯底裡面的「腩汁」鹹味而已。

「鹵水雞翼」除了肉質飽滿,味道充滿「腩汁」鹹味和甜味之外,「鹵水雞翼」實際製成品表面的肉也算是頗為肥美,至少可以食到口感不太硬,而又有嫩滑感覺的雞肉。

而且原來「鼎記」在「車仔麵」裡面,還夾雜少許口感新鮮爽脆「白菜」配料。最後我想要講「車仔麵」底層的「河粉」食材,「鼎記」「河粉」算是偏向幼細修長,而且質地堅挺,口感實淨,沒有因為浸過湯底而輕易斷裂。

不過即使「河粉」口感再扎實不易斷裂,始終不及配「白飯」來得實際,因為我光顧「鼎記」之後,還要光顧其他食店,完成晚餐的「白飯」目標,原來享用「鼎記」「牛腩飯」竟然要趁早,下次可能需要再早一點光顧「鼎記」了。

作為香港人 正宗既茶餐廳 係日常生活入面當然唔少得,旺角呢間鼎記一直都係我心水茶餐廳今日一坐低叫碗招牌鴨腩麵食先,鴨腩牛腩好爽口,唔會腥,皮夠脆,次次黎都必點。面底好多,就算晚餐食都夠飽。湯底一如概往甘濃郁,但唔會太膩。湯底係圍村風味手法煮出黎,唔係好多地方都有呢個煮法,推介!朋友就點左招牌暗然銷魂飯,煎蛋都有2隻,叉燒多到排晒落個碗度,而且有肉汁之餘唔會鞋口,60蚊都唔洗,抵食又好食。之後我地點左西多士做甜品,好邪惡呀!4塊細細舊甘食,方便同唔會切到淋晒,好正!

我們分別點咗一個沙嗲牛肉通粉加烘底牛油方包加雙煎太陽蛋,同一個麻油出前一丁配烤雞扒。飲品方面有熱咖啡同熱檸茶。

沙嗲牛肉通粉:沙嗲醬很濃郁,溝咗落啲湯之後都有濃濃的沙嗲味。牛肉食得出係鮮牛肉,肉質有軟淋但有咬口,大大塊,一碗的數量不少。一碗通粉非常飽肚!😋

烘底牛油方包加雙煎太陽蛋:不過不失,流心太陽蛋煎得岩岩好😋

麻油出前一丁配烤雞扒:香濃麻油味,雞扒煎得酥脆,大大塊,男朋友食得好飽!
