椰汁喇沙葉煮活蜆($148)🐚,本身呢道菜係配海螺的,但我哋驚螺食得無咁方便,就即管問下有無得轉蜆,點知又得喎yeah✌🏻。一睇個賣相就睇得出係用上椰汁🥥,而且仲有椰肉,個汁比較厚身,甜甜哋得嚟又有好微好微好微嘅辣味,超正,即刻覺得要嚟碗白飯囉。蜆大約有12隻,size唔大唔細,索哂啲汁😗。

由於唔想浪費啲汁,所以叫咗份油炸鬼($32)食埋去,一滴都唔好嘥🙈。油炸鬼其實喺越南真係好普遍,食碗Pho都會搭配的,所以呢到有得賣,令我覺得佢好正宗👍。油炸鬼熱辣辣炸起,外脆內軟,唔係平日粥舖放到油哂實哂嗰啲。

總括嚟講,依間越南私房菜館都幾唔錯,菜式特別得嚟又好食,而且應該都幾正宗(作為半個越南妹嘅我話嘅🤣)。店員好nice,會同我哋介紹啲菜式,又問我哋啱唔啱食,呢啲就係小店嘅特色。最後,就係店員話嗰個椰汁會用嚟煮lunch time賣嘅豬扒飯,有機會真係要嚟試下。

細看menu ,其實這店的其他食物,坊間一般越南菜館也未必有所供應的, 所以我會推薦給喜歡找一點新意和喜愛越南菜式的朋友。

灣仔有一排少咗去,大家知咩事啦。近排好啲啲,咁都可以正正常常行吓電腦商場同埋就近搵嘢吃,今日就來咗修頓隔離呢間『北越菜』鋪頭吃嘢。鋪頭唔大,但裝修都幾有特色,幾把吉他掛喺牆是鋪頭的標誌吧。首先叫咗個『香草野菜燒牛柳沙律』,生熟交替,特別得來又好食,牛柳薄薄哋但大大塊,好香口。第二道菜系『海防手口墨魚餅』,手工做更加煙韌,驚喜在好大舊墨魚粒在其中,仲要係越南直送過來,來呢度必吃,因爲第二度未必吃到。辣酒煮花螺吃得多,但今日吃嘅『椰汁喇沙葉煮海螺』亦很過癮,濃濃的椰汁,有咬口又新鮮的海螺原來咁夾。跟住都要吃D飽肚嘢,佢就係『老街魚露燒豬肉伴檬粉,一碟有6舊檬粉,睇似平平無奇,但當你拿起一舊檬枌放入小碗,放上青瓜,香葉再加D魚露和香口燒豬肉一齊吃,簡直係美味無比。

灣仔的越南餐廳絕對不在少數,不過主打越北菜的卻是只此一家。越北菜比傳統越南菜清新,沒那麼油膩,所以原材料的味道更出眾。店內主打輕鬆的裝潢,乾淨企理,幾支吉他放牆上感覺新潮原來越北的選擇相當多,餐牌給我一點選擇困難症食物:燒牛柳沙律($88)竟然完全不油膩,酸酸甜甜的輕身醋,牛柳超軟稔也無筋,非常開胃也不會太寡像是吃草一樣~椰汁喇沙葉煮蜆($148)非常新穎的配搭,以重椰汁配微辣的喇沙汁,毫不油膩的濃厚口感,加上滑身無砂的大蜆,很好吃~北正宗牛肉湯河($98)河粉晶瑩剔透,薄身。牛骨湯底清晰少油,也不會甜,少量薄荷、胡荽葉、羅勒不會太多,主角的湯底味道依舊。還有幾款餸,牛丸牛腩生牛肉片,滑溜半肥瘦又不會過熟~如此清新的PHO,我還真的是第一次吃牛油雞翼($88)新鮮炸起的大SIZE雞翼加上半炸蒜半生蒜,超惹味帶些微辣的雞翼配料,真把這碟越南傳統夠菜帶上另一個層次!

別以為以蒜入饌就會濃味,大廚以原粒蒜子起鑊,香而不辣,時菜是細芥蘭,口感爽脆無渣,簡單地以魚露調味,味道恰到好處,沒有死咸的弊

病。

整體而言,每一道菜調味也相當出色,吃完到回家也完全沒有口渴的感覺。

「海防手工墨魚餅」我非常熱愛蝦餅墨魚餅,但現在要吃到好吃真材實料的實在非常難。我原本也沒有太多期望,怎料到一咬下去便停不了口,它由絞碎的墨魚肉及切塊的彈牙墨魚粒組成。最重要是他們都是由北越送到的。鮮甜香口,我應該可以吃兩大盤。

「海防蟹肉湯金邊粉」 原來正宗的北越金邊粉是用紅米造成的彈牙闊麵,米香濃郁,與濃海鮮椰青湯配合得非常好,豆卜,大蝦,魚柳,鮮拆蟹肉等材料豐富鮮味。

今日放工經過呢間好似新開嘅越南嘢,於是入嚟試下裝修簡潔乾淨,仲有幾枝電結他🤔最近都冇乜胃口所以要食啲清爽啲嘅嘢呢個蓮藕芯鮮蝦沙律好足料,蓮藕芯真係未食過,酸酸味味口感好爽口,夾落個沙津好好食 鮮蝦都有好多舊,鮮甜爽脆!海防手工墨魚餅都十分好味,墨魚好香,佢外層唔係果啲好煎炸嘅感覺,係有啲似炸魚餅豬頸肉撈濛,足料,加埋酸汁去撈又係好清爽嘅組合。豬頸肉一啲都唔肥👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻仲燒得好香!❤️
