一間已經存在左係香港>20年嘅餐廳,最終因大業主從新規劃而係3/8結業。佢哋啲枱已經俾人book爆曬,下星期只會做set menu~前菜有生蠔🦪6隻~海鮮沙律-煙三文魚,帶子,鮮蝦,蟹肉撈埋沙律菜同沙律醬食~牛肉他他牛味偏淡口,歐洲做法同韓式完全唔同~羊架$398,有4支骨,配少量沙律菜,另加$70配菜~Black cod Bouillabaisse 汁底係正宗provencal 式加咗白酒去煮,魚肉好滑,配咗蜆同埋青口最後叫咗soufflé ,佢比你揀朱古力雲呢拿或者橙酒,配一球雪糕唔知呢間餐廳第時會唔會用另外一個形式出現呢?
