既然一心為乳豬而來,當然是必點之物,另加兩客小菜,應該夠吃了。由於只得兩口子,所以金牌即燒乳豬選了例牌 ($150),分量雖然不多,只得 6 件,但正所謂「少吃滋味多」,有時候「太多亦未必佳」。乳豬上桌時會跟一籠餅皮和醬料,先挾起一片乳豬試試,皮薄而鬆脆,咬下充滿油香,而且師傅在上檯前已事先片去黏著乳豬皮的肥膏,所以食落完全不覺油膩,以薄餅夾著吃,好食到停唔到口。至於下面的乳豬肉,質地亦夠曬嫩滑,的確名不虛傳,不愧為鎮店之寶。

拔絲咕嚕肉 ($118),店裡的咕嚕肉和平日在外頭吃到的很不一樣,切成纖長的條狀,並非見慣嘅菱形,而上碟時就配有菠蘿和青紅椒,賣相繽紛。放上桌後,馬上挾起一件細看,沒拉出預期的糖絲,幸好食落非常入味,而且酸甜度平衡得剛好,吃起來沒半點嗆喉,加上咬下啖啖嫩肉,無論口感和味道都稱得上一流,最適合用來配搭白飯 ($14 碗) 享用。

老公愛吃尖椒,貪其營養豐富,維他命 C更是蔬菜首位,多吃有益,見餐牌上有款豉蒜魚崧炒尖椒 ($88),亦二話不說,點了一客。筆者其實並非尖椒粉絲,所以初頭都很擔心這道菜會太辣,令人吃不消。好彩店裡的大廚,將這味菜處理得很不錯,把尖椒的籽拿掉,咬下完全不辣,只有椒的香味,不過如果可以炒得爽口一點,食味應該會更隹。魚崧反而很有水準,以鯪魚肉煎成魚餅,然後切件,細看,魚肉兩邊色澤金黃,而且由於沒有下過多的調味,肉質軟硬適中,加上以豉蒜兜炒過,食落頗惹味。

吃過飯後,原來每檯食客都會有甜品贈送,雖然價值不高,但做法很窩心,而這晚的糖水是我一向愛吃的喳咋。撈起一看,用料雖然唔算豐富,但豆煮得頗軟腍,啖啖起沙,唔錯。雖然這晚只點了三道菜,吃得不多,但勝在每款都真材實料,是家物有所值的街坊飯店。

今晚去灣仔兜記即燒乳豬專門店晚飯, 沒有選擇燒乳豬, 因為年头年尾, 太多敍餐, 吃了太多乳豬吧 !此酒家座位一般, 但侍應服務很好.由於天氣冷, 我們選擇煲仔菜更暖胃.  於是大家看看餐牌. 点了:蒜子鼓汁雞煲, 上枱夠熱, 雞肉質好, 少骨, 調味適中, 蒜子, 蔥, 紅椒加鼓汁炒得很香口. .  不太油, 賣相也不錯.蘿蔔牛腩煲, 牛腩炆得好稔, 夠火候, 無蘇味, 伴菜蘿蔔也稔甜. 多汁, 窩仔上枱保持熱度, 很滿意.上湯花膠蝦干伴菜苗,  花膠份量不錯, 食材也好.  小白菜很嫩滑, 蝦干頂大隻, 夠熱味道好.以小菜計, 此酒家厨藝不錯, 只是價錢畧高, 會再來.

明天要返工今天是假期最後一天,不要太辛苦,同相公出街吃晚飯。今次選擇兜記,因為吃過數次下午茶,食物質素新鮮有水準,好過大集團的酒樓。可能長假期多人外遊,所以晚市不太多人不用等位。我們選了份海鮮孖寶:薑蔥美國桶蠔煲+蒜蓉蒸龍躉頭腩=$308,及一個例牌燒乳豬$128。滾熱辣香噴噴上枱,薑片蔥段煮到好惹味索哂d蠔味非常美味,生蠔炸到外皮酥脆,而內𥚃軟嫩多汁,成煲連薑蔥吃哂👍🏻跟著蒜蓉蒸龍躉頭腩亦大大碟,而且肉多骨少,啲魚皮又厚充滿骨膠原,兼且滑嫰嫰,蒸魚汁撈白飯一流最後到即燒乳豬上枱,原來還有一小籠熱辣辣軟綿綿薄餅共六件附送,每件乳豬已切除了多餘肥膏,每件都脆卜卜,點些乳豬醬用薄餅夾著來吃,一口咬落去仲聽到咬碎脆皮乳豬皮聲音。吃完六件乳豬皮,吃埋下面那些又嫩又有肉味啲乳豬肉。吃完又滿足又有幸福感覺!吃完飯還有紅荳沙糖水送,簡正是抵吃!兜記將會成為我的飯堂。

灣仔有家好出名燒乳豬既酒家就在杜老誌道,即集成對面那邊,大大個兜記即燒乳豬招牌就見架喇 !其實入面同一家普通酒樓無乜分別,中午時間坐無虛席!我地兩大圍人先點了好多碟正正常常的點心,有.....牛柏葉牛肉球蝦餃燒賣春卷凰爪腸粉馬拉榚等,點心方面有驚喜的竟然係椒鹽豆腐粒,既香外皮超脆,有入口即溶既感覺,口感比得上一口和牛,豆味也重,值得一讚 !還有流沙包也一流,蛋黃甜度也好夾得好好,也不會爆汁,粒粒砂糖未溶晒好有o趙頭,較其他酒樓有水準 !當然來到一定要叫佢地既招牌燒乳豬啦,$688一隻,價錢非常進取,稻香先$288一隻仲要大隻過佢,兜記與新斗記看齊,那我地兩圍就一席平分半隻!上檯賣相幾唔錯,你地睇相片可見,乳豬皮都燒得幾薄,好脆口,肉也切得薄,整體來說也物有所值,值得一試 !點心價錢其實都幾貴,馬拉榚咖哩土魷等未加一已經是$26.8, 而椒鹽九肚魚小食是$68, 如大家為了乳豬兩來的,我會建議叫套餐食例牌成半隻就會抵少少 !

我地兩大圍人先點了好多碟正正常常的點心,有.....牛柏葉牛肉球蝦餃燒賣春卷凰爪腸粉馬拉榚等,點心方面有驚喜的竟然係椒鹽豆腐粒,既香外皮超脆,有入口即溶既感覺,口感比得上一口和牛,豆味也重,值得一讚

還有流沙包也一流,蛋黃甜度也好夾得好好,也不會爆汁,粒粒砂糖未溶晒好有o趙頭,較其他酒樓有水準

當然來到一定要叫佢地既招牌燒乳豬啦,$688一隻,價錢非常進取,稻香先$288一隻仲要大隻過佢,兜記與新斗記看齊,那我地兩圍就一席平分半隻!上檯賣相幾唔錯,你地睇相片可見,乳豬皮都燒得幾薄,好脆口,肉也切得薄,整體來說也物有所值,值得一試

點心價錢其實都幾貴,馬拉榚咖哩土魷等未加一已經是$26.8, 而椒鹽九肚魚小食是$68, 如大家為了乳豬兩來的,我會建議叫套餐食例牌成半隻就會抵少少

酒樓記地點有d難搵,迷路到。酒家裝修格局, 都係一般舊式酒家的格局, 無乜野特別。 見到好多人一家大細咁來食飯, 所以環境都比較嘈,侍應都唔係特別友善。有幾道菜色有驚喜,可以一試。
