「卡邦尼小甘筍」造型可愛,味道獨特,融合了鹹水角的做法,內餡是香氣撲鼻的煙肉和卡邦尼的醬汁。

最後吃上非常獨特的甜品「紅粉玉露 」,粉紅色的糖水,配上番石榴西米,甜美可口。

近期真係好鍾意食中菜,搵到呢間位於中上環嘅中菜館,雖然地方唔大但環境舒服優雅,感覺好高級有四個唔同選擇嘅套餐,價錢由$179-$299不等最貴嘅A餐都只係299一位,但係食物嘅賣相精緻到你估唔到呢個價錢會食到宮廷酒爵暖胃湯容器嘅外型好精緻,恍如返咗去古代魚躍龍味館一品頭拼青芥末海蜇頭食落少少芥末味,而且爽口香橙白玉蝴蝶淡淡嘅橙味,食落爽但又有口感桂花蜜餞鮮冬菇食落好香桂花蜜嘅味道招牌龍蝦酥🦞呢個真係打卡一流,最估唔到係佢入面真係有大大既蝦肉,賣相口感都出色波士頓龍蝦湯燴手工拉麵🍜龍蝦湯底唔算好濃郁,所以唔會有苦澀味手工拉麵同龍蝦湯好夾,口感軟綿紅粉玉露番石榴配西米,出奇地感覺新奇但係夾番石榴令到成個甜品嘅口感層次再昇華
