套餐標明係全日套餐。個人覺得呢個套餐如果係午餐就比較合適。因為主食嘅飯係好多份量。湯飯裏面都係啲頭頭尾尾鉗同殼,冇乜啖啖肉嘅龍蝦,應該係攞咗去做其他餸。寫明嘅其他海鮮都寥寥無幾,鮑魚每人淨係得好均真嘅半隻,比較小家。明白噉嘅價錢唔可以要求太多。但係單就套餐嘅設計嚟講略顯單薄,呢個套餐嘅食材種類偏少,比例上以米飯食到飽,所以作為晚餐嚟講,感覺稍欠豐盛、均衡同健康。

中環地段閑閑地喺出邊食一餐晚飯人均都應該唔止,呢間餐廳環境優美,侍應服務態度很好,有機會可以試埋其他小菜!

龍味館 (中環)中環優質粵菜最近我去咗中環一間高性價比嘅粵菜餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅Set Menu A,兩個人只需HK$598,真係超值!一入到去,餐廳環境優雅,服務人員親切,讓人感覺好舒服。餐前湯首先上嘅係「宮廷酒爵暖胃湯」。呢碗湯頭真係好鮮甜,味道清淡而不失香氣,喝完之後,整個人都覺得暖和,為接下來的美食做好準備。頭盤接住上咗頭盤,包括「青芥末海蜇頭」、「香橙白玉蝴蝶」同「桂花蜜餞鮮冬菇」。每一樣都好精緻,海蜇頭清爽可口,青芥末嘅味道帶有一絲微辣,配搭得恰到好處。香橙白玉蝴蝶嘅口感滑嫩,香橙味道令整道菜更加清新。而桂花蜜餞鮮冬菇就係甜中帶鹹,味道非常獨特,令人驚喜。招牌龍蝦酥然後就係「招牌龍蝦酥」,外表做得好靚,真的有啲似成隻龍蝦,打卡一流!咬落去外脆內嫩,龍蝦肉鮮美,真的好有水準。主菜之後上咗「波士頓龍蝦湯燴手工拉麵」。湯底真係非常鮮美,配合手工拉麵,兩者相得益彰,味道濃郁又不膩,食落去非常滿足!甜品最後,甜品係「紅粉玉露」,即係Guava cream soup,口感滑順,清甜可口,是完美的結尾,清新而不會過於甜膩。😋靜靜雞指數 🐥🐥🐣🥚🥚🔂再偷食指數 ✅✅✅✅☑️💲減荷包指數 💸💸💵💵

首先上嘅係「宮廷酒爵暖胃湯」。呢碗湯頭真係好鮮甜,味道清淡而不失香氣,喝完之後,整個人都覺得暖和,為接下來的美食做好準備。

頭盤
