好耐之前係中環返工一段時間,做過咩已經無咩印象,唯一記得就係龍記既叉燒。早排放假得閒又走去中環行下。下午茶時間,當然又去龍記。龍記叉燒入味爽脆,必食之選。另外仲有懷舊燒臘,相信好多人都有講唔使我再多介紹。但怕肥既我一直都無試,希望有日會試下。跟碗既一條菜心甜,唔老,好食。檸檬茶有少冰無少甜,一般茶餐廳都系咁,無奈。老闆娘唔算有禮,說話唔多客氣,但其實對客唔錯。當日有位婆婆點叉燒米,但叉燒太硬咬唔到想換冧啲既叉燒,燒味師傅一直唔換仲口出怨言,但老闆娘就一句都無多,直接幫婆婆換。估唔到係中環呢啲商業地帶,都咁有街坊情味既店。高質燒味,一定會再幫襯,值得支持既老字號。

高質燒味,一定會再幫襯,值得支持既老字號。

因為公司棟大廈出左個外賣自取app,所以有優惠,俾八蚊就可以食到個晏。但十一點開始,好多餐廳都peak,唔再接order,所以最後揀左呢間。因為啲單寫左你個名,所以唔會攞錯或俾早到嘅人攞左,所以一去到就可以拎。拎到返嚟,一打開就「嘩」一聲,因為我估唔到個份量係咁大份,四寶嘅種類竟然唔係得紅腸魷魚,而係有齊叉燒,燒肉,切雞,紅腸再加半隻咸蛋。份量同性價比竟奇高啦,淨係隻咸蛋都夠我食晒成兜飯了。因為我一向麻麻地叉燒,所以還好。佢有肥有瘦,但有啲位就硬左小小,唔夠腍。而切雞就唔夠滑。燒肉個皮好脆,啲肉唔會好乾好硬,呢個唔錯。而紅腸我自己本身唔鐘意食,但佢唔會好咸,所以我諗算ok。以八蚊嚟講十分滿意,以正價55蚊嚟講,喺中環,咁嘅份量,仲有例湯,都好唔錯架啦。

份量同性價比竟奇高啦,淨係隻咸蛋都夠我食晒成兜飯了。因為我一向麻麻地叉燒,所以還好。佢有肥有瘦,但有啲位就硬左小小,唔夠腍。而切雞就唔夠滑。燒肉個皮好脆,啲肉唔會好乾好硬,呢個唔錯。而紅腸我自己本身唔鐘意食,但佢唔會好咸,所以我諗算ok。

我們Order燒味雙拼飯。
朋友order雞潤叉燒飯,說很好吃,所以想讓我一嘗雞潤,可惜賣光了,朋友便改為order燒肉叉燒飯。

燒肉的皮有一半淋了,有一半是脆的。
朋友說這個是普通了一點,但她試過來單獨買燒腩肉,確是很棒。

今日燒味的種類攪定了,真正來的部位,就是看彩數了(如果是n寶飯,咁有時種類都係看彩數)。油雞走翼,來的是少少上脾位,叉燒今日俾嘅係全瘦叉,也是看彩數。海蜇一如既往,給的份量也不少。個人好喜歡食海蜇,但市面上有這樣一人份量拚海蜇的燒味飯店,其實不多,所以黎得到的,都總會多拼一個海蜇。

可能因為去完一個長旅行,啱啱返嚟香港有啲掛住香港嘅燒味添。今日lunch time就嚟咗龍記燒味啦,叫咗肥叉燒配貴妃雞飯,仲有凍檸茶少冰。其實平時都有得閒嚟食龍記燒味,但一直都覺得冇咩特別,反而今日一食,肥叉燒非常入味,又唔會太肥,凍檸茶調味剛剛好,話少冰真係少冰的。有啲期待下次再去食!

昨天吃了燒肉油雞飯,一坐後待應即說要$65一碟,錢多少對我冇問題,最緊要好食,一看到這碟飯,簡直中伏!燒肉所有皮肉分離,其實都無所謂,最大問題就是一半皮𠱓一半皮濕而淋,即是這些皮是有計劃地分配給顧客!叫油雞,大家樂都會給一些胸或背,也可以搭些翼和脾,佢居然是一只又乾又瘦的雞翼,也同時間隔離枱客也投降點解又是雞翼,那時我發覺這間店雙拼雞是永遠是翼,那時我十分激氣叫待應來投訴,居然他説你落單要講清楚要那部位,那麼我問他乜一只雞好多只翼嗎?他不知怎樣回答!大家看完照片後請大家決定會否再繼續幫趁,我就打死都唔會再去!

昨天吃了燒肉油雞飯,一坐後待應即說要$65一碟,錢多少對我冇問題,最緊要好食,一看到這碟飯,簡直中伏!
燒肉所有皮肉分離,其實都無所謂,最大問題就是一半皮𠱓一半皮濕而淋,即是這些皮是有計劃地分配給顧客!
叫油雞,大家樂都會給一些胸或背,也可以搭些翼和脾,佢居然是一只又乾又瘦的雞翼,也同時間隔離枱客也投降點解又是雞翼,那時我發覺這間店雙拼雞是永遠是翼,那時我十分激氣叫待應來投訴,居然他説你落單要講清楚要那部位,那麼我問他乜一只雞好多只翼嗎?他不知怎樣回答!
大家看完照片後請大家決定會否再繼續幫趁,我就打死都唔會再去!

係中環食燒味飯真係唔平,平時食開都成六七十蚊,去酒樓食都不在話下,今日同事帶我地去試下好好味既燒味飯,呢度一個燒味飯都係五十蚊,平時同事加班或者午飯都會選擇黎食。午巿食都要排下隊,就連五點幾收工都多人買,要排隊,不過大多數都係買外賣食,通常成隻咁買。我叫左個四寶飯試下,平時啲雙拼都係$50,如果食乳豬飯就貴啲,大概要六十至七十,我有同事食過話好好食,我就未試過,叉燒半肥瘦,啲燒肉又唔”鞋”,而啲飯又粒粒分明。

約咗朋友行街但早咗到,最好就梗係搵個地方食嘢食住等啦原本諗住食隔離間,但要等就轉咗去依間。見到坐滿人又要等諗住再轉下一間,店員話上層有位就決定試下依間上層都係要搭枱,牆貼滿了報章嘅報導、採訪,食燒味就梗係叫番至愛油雞叉燒飯啦等咗唔夠5分鐘就有得食❤️油雞有小小老,唔算滑,味道鹹香。叉燒就好出色,肥瘦均勻,蜜汁味香,配飯一流。略嫌豉油同蜜汁有啲少,可以多啲汁就更好啦賣相 5/5口感 4/5味道 5/5番食率 4/5
