首先,豆漿真係唔好飲,淡味而杰身,搞下杯野好快又打回原形,比朋友試左啖都表示認同就即刻換左茶,茶都唔錯,桂花味好出~
然後餃子方面,煎餃黎唔齊,要問先知原來廚房趺左隻會後上比我...
如果可以上菜個時話我知,唔洗我問會更好,之後店家亦後補比左2隻我,有誠意既!

同朋友行完 「元荃古道⛰️」,佢帶我嚟呢間手工餃子小店食晚餐,餃子都有多款口味選擇,而且可隨客人喜好選擇以湯、蒸或煎烹調方式。我點咗:🥟豬肉西洋菜$58🌶️小食:韓式泡菜,蒜香雞中翼🥛飲品:豆漿(熱)我選咗用蒸嘅烹調方法,熱辣辣以成個蒸籠盛上,夠晒原汁原味,一客有10隻餃子,西洋菜當造,清甜鮮味。微辣嘅韓式泡菜及蒜香雞中翼都幾惹味。店員說,飲品都係自家製的。杯豆漿都好有豆香味。朋友就選咗:🌿豬肉芫茜$58🌶️小食:韓式泡菜,蒜香雞中翼🥥飲品:生椰奶茶(凍)朋友就選咗清甜嘅三鮮蕃茄湯底,芫茜份量適中與豬肉既甜味互相配合,鮮甜中有著淡淡嘅芫茜清香。植物奶越嚟越流行,小店亦把自家製嘅奶茶以椰奶沖調,香滑中帶點椰香~🥥最後,我想試埋煎餃,再點一客「豬肉韭菜餃$50」一齊share,皮薄,而且餡料亦飽滿,外皮煎得都幾靚仔,幾香口,一咬落去肉汁滿滿。

我選咗用蒸嘅烹調方法,熱辣辣以成個蒸籠盛上,夠晒原汁原味,一客有10隻餃子,西洋菜當造,清甜鮮味。微辣嘅韓式泡菜及蒜香雞中翼都幾惹味。

朋友就選咗清甜嘅三鮮蕃茄湯底,芫茜份量適中與豬肉既甜味互相配合,鮮甜中有著淡淡嘅芫茜清香。


植物奶越嚟越流行,小店亦把自家製嘅奶茶以椰奶沖調,香滑中帶點椰香~🥥

最後,我想試埋煎餃,再點一客「豬肉韭菜餃$50」一齊share,皮薄,而且餡料亦飽滿,外皮煎得都幾靚仔,幾香口,一咬落去肉汁滿滿。

依家香港開咗好多餃子店,質素越來越高,食得多,難免期望都會高咗。對比起好食嘅餃子,個人認為呢一間比較一般。先講佢嘅賣點餃子,餃子皮薄而煙靭(唔係讚), 皮面平滑唔掛湯/汁,大扣分!至於餃子餡,我叫咗羊肉大蔥和芝士牛肉蘑菇,當你以為兩款都好重味嘅時候,其實兩款都係估唔到咁淡味… 應重味嘅唔重味,大大扣分!另一方面就係雙拼餃子,但都擺喺同一隻碟,令人冇可能分得出係邊一種餃子,實在唔方便。總括嚟講,呢間店我試過一次就夠,冇原因再返去。
