6,香蒜焗蠔:蒜有少少辛口,證明唔係買返黎一樽樽冇蒜味嗰啲,焗蠔唔需要太多調味,黎間岩晒我,一啖連蠔帶汁,一次過啪入口,鮮甜,加上蒜香微辛,正。
7,松露三文魚焗大啡菇:黎個我覺得要一啖要食晒三層先感受到,一入口,啡菇係少少苦同啖口,但面層松露既濃加上三文魚既滑及魚油向下流,三合一體,複雜得來好夾。
8,軟殼蟹沙律:軟殼蟹炸得香脆,入面又唔會好多油同好乾,入面係沙律菜(紅先,九芽菜)加上黑醋,十分醒胃。
9,柚子汁凍豆腐:凍盆首選,其實豆腐滑之外,豆腐中既石灰成分係會令口好寡,但加上柚子汁中和,十分開胃。

今日打算去近期大熱的「深宵食堂」試吓新出的(和牛海膽丼)點知去到才被告知今日沒有😢只好試吓其他啦😫不過「深宵食堂」裝修很日本風,天花板滿佈樱花,坐坐傾吓偈感覺又真係幾舒服🥰午市套餐又真係幾抵,除了主食一客,有新鮮沙律🥗,味噌湯,加$5有波子、蜜瓜、橙汁梳打等!小食也只是另加$12…滑蛋鰻魚丼,醬汁適中,滑蛋份量不少味道帶甜也夠香滑,鰻魚半條份量,味道濃厚..以$72 來説是抵的。照燒雞扒丼$55,可以選擇烏冬…丼飯份量足,有半隻蛋,雞扒煎得皮脆,肉汁豐富,而且是厚切,有咬感!
