有美食佳餚又怎少得西班牙傳統的水果酒呢?
紅酒混入檸檬汁、橙汁和少許糖漿,再伴入一大堆檸檬、橙肉、青蘋果切粒,賣相新鮮繽紛。果酸未有蓋過酒味,而是還來得十分濃烈,未喝到一半已經感到身心發熱,面紅耳赤了。相信酒精濃度也很高,加上帶有少許汽泡的效果,味道相當易入口和順喉。

厚厚的蛋批包裹著無數個薯仔粒,薯仔就像層層疊一樣疊得山而高,夾雜著洋蔥、蛋汁,充滿薯香蛋香濕潤口感,以為只有一個小圓餅的份量不太多,實際吃完又覺挺飽肚。再配合面頭唧上的沙律醬和少許香辣粉,經典的配搭,簡單又美味,沒有不好吃的理由。

兩球meat ball云云放在一堆茄醬之上,表面輕灑芫茜碎,賣相看來和一般在酒樓裡所食的山竹牛肉球相似。不過一咬之下,豬肉饀肉質鬆化無比,有如漢堡手打牛肉般嫩化鬆軟,豬肉香很濃郁細膩,夾雜著爽口的洋蔥和酸香的茄醬,十分滋味。

燒牛肉眼扒一早切成條狀,適合懶人的食法和分享。肉眼扒的外層燒得淺竭且充滿焦香,但內裡肉質呈粉紅、色澤光鮮,是令人滿意的五成熟表現。

不過表面舖滿芫茜、蒜蓉和紅椒碎,入口芫茜味極重,其後有種酸酸微辣的醬汁提吊。雖然筆者一向對芫茜極度抗拒,幸好在篩走芫茜碎後,芫茜的辛辣感未算強烈,沒有蓋過肉眼扒的風采。肉質本身肉味濃、油花充沛,半融嫩化的油份令肉質提嫩不少。而且在泰國版本的酸辣醬油浸著之中,令肉香鮮味更奔放自如,肉汁從咀嚼過程中滲透出來,酸辣開胃。

做乜起我個黑衣兜攞飯食?咦,原來黑衣兜裝的不是飯,而是焦糖雞蛋布甸。小妹點的creme brûlée,表面加上一層薄薄的焦糖薄片,用匙羹輕輕就刺穿,布甸並非平常看到的挺身,反而是帶點流心質地,幽幽散發雞蛋固有的蛋香,加入西班牙傳統米布甸在內,口感煙煙韌韌,有如吃著泰國版的芒果糯米飯的輕奏版,味道更加清甜,香醇滑溜。

總括而言,餐廳無論在設計、食物及服務方面都給人一種沉實穩重的印象,室內設計不用多說,至於食物沒有花巧浮誇的賣相,但味道卻穩陣而得人歡心。服務方面,員工皆是密密耕耘,說話不用多,但勤力換碟、上碟及加水的主動性,都令人感覺稱心如意。

然後我們點了grilled ribeye($132).這道菜雖然很多人點但是我覺得有點點失望。淋在肉上面的醬汁用了芫荽檸檬草等等的香料酸酸甜甜很開胃。牛肉本身有點'hai', 不太像常吃的肉眼扒,而且比較瘦,但是肉烤得時間剛好還能見到粉紅色。

甜點我們點了Churros($48)。我們看到廚師在我們下單後在開放式廚房那邊新鮮炸的,所以上來的時候還是超級熱!有4條churros, 旁邊配了Nutella醬。churros炸得蠻脆,但可能時間不夠所以有點軟。Nutella醬加了牛奶所以比較稀,我覺得原本nutella的濃稠度比較好吃。

星期六晚,當然要好好對待忙了一周的自己,如果想要喝點小酒,配點小食,自然會想到西班牙菜,精緻的tapas。el cerdo離地鐵站極近,一坐下點了sangria,滿滿的水果,水果香甜,容易入口,少了紅酒的苦澀味。Pork loin, 咸香得宜,入口芳香,果然是配酒一流的小食Mixed mushroom,香噴噴的炒菇,加上果仁,咸中帶酸,口味和口感多層次Octopus/ rosemary potato/ caperberries 八爪魚居然能這麼軟柔,配上薯仔,caperberries的酸味,味道非常融合。Mini burger , 牛肉超級多汁,芝士是羊奶芝士,還有加上蛋和ham, 簡直是一次過滿足食慾。最後是必點的甜點churros,非常脆又甜,nutella已經稀釋過,忍不住一點沾來吃Tapas 就是小小的一碟,這樣才能多品嚐幾種,也可以多喝兩杯啊

今日同朋友去左灣仔行下,睇下野,買下野,見依間餐廳好似唔錯,入左去試下食,我點左西班牙海鮮飯,西班牙海鮮飯黎到, 賣相不吸引,我話依堆甘ga野就叫西班牙海鮮飯?服務員話係甘架la....我心諗...D態度甘差! 食落D蝦肉鬆散,........痴線...唉... 拎開d蝦試下d飯,食左1口即唔想食,d飯硬度食刷子膠, 係好硬, 味道都幾咸, 食左要飲好多水先可以沖淡,我決定唔食放氣!依圾餐廳,1定無下次!

Friendly, efficient service and excellent food, featuring interesting sauces and tasty desserts.  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal.  I was there on opening night as well, and wasn't disappointed either visit.  Would definitely eat here again and recommend to others.

I was excited to try out this new restaurant around the corner, turns out to be quite disappointing. I ordered the meatballs expecting about a bowl of them since I paid $68 for them, when the food arrived, turns out it was only 2 of them and there was nothing special about them. The mini burgers taste nice but they were way too small for $88.

行過見到與別不同的裝潢,這麼多人品嚐,好奇心驅使下進入,只見金髮廚師專心埋頭於每道菜式,坐下試過可以講超級好味👍,每道菜式大廚都要過目,十二分認真👍👍,細聽下原來灣仔是分店荃灣還有一間也是一樣的菜式,下次一定會去荃灣間試下,是否一樣。我覺得最好味是西班牙奄列、盧筍溫泉蛋、鮮帶子配脆皮燒肉及粟米醬、最難忘是西班牙沙律令人開胃、鮮蝦鐵板燒爽口彈牙👍👍👍令人回味無窮,還有很多菜式未試,下次一定會再來。
