Free Bread 一共有3款,包括法包、ciabatta、nut bread。大隻仔最鍾意就係ciabatta,麵包夠鬆軟,配上牛油好好食。


Sparkling Water 係要收費的,只係$20/位,比起其他餐廳收$100 支,真係好抵,而且餐廳既Sparkling Water 比較特別,係同法國製水公司purezza 合作,水機由法國空運抵港,Sparkling Water 味道幾好,容易入口,冇怪味。

整碟菜 主角係「煙燻海鰻」,大隻仔真係要俾個讚廚師。👍
煙燻海鰻可以做到比油甘魚剌身仲要肥美嫩滑,入口即溶,真係好厲害,真係好好食。
煙三文魚可配上沙律菜、酸味芥辣醬、三色蕃茄仔、黑橄欖一齊食用。

喜出望外,好難得餐廳提供牛清湯,因為做法繁複,技巧高,先將牛/雞 煲出味道精華,再經過二次淨化,去除雜質,得出精華中嘅精華,香港已經好少餐廳可以飲得到牛清湯,雞清湯,就算高級法國餐廳都未必有供應。


Beef Consommé Royale 湯底夠清澈,牛味好香濃,紅蘿蔔絲切得像頭髮粗幼,法蒽亦切到好幼細,非常高質。
可配燉蛋或酸忌廉魚子醬法包條一齊享用。

主菜係「西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬梅頭肉」配紫薯purée、黑櫻桃汁。
經過慢煮處理,黑毛豬肉質非常嫩滑,好似食緊和牛西冷,入口即化,外層經過炭火高溫燒烤過,散發出陣陣炭燒香味,加上黑毛豬本身充滿油脂香味,真係好好食,大隻仔超級推介Grilled Iberico Pork Pluma。
配菜有三色甘筍仔、車厘茄、露荀全部都好新鮮,而梅子酸酸地亦可以中和油膩感。

兩杯都係餐廳 signature drink,C‘est La Vie 就以百香果+gin 為主,Tipsy Daisy 就以檸檬汁、橙汁+白蘭地為主,2款都酒味香濃,喜歡飲酒嘅朋友,值得一試。


餐後感想:
非常高質,而且價錢唔貴,生牛肉、煙燻鰻魚沙律都係百幾蚊起,而且服務滿分,好貼心,不停主動斟水,員工非常有禮貌,比起5星酒店還要好,員工介紹食物、飲品都非常清晰,非常滿意嘅餐飲體驗。
