前菜5款盛盒
前菜味道非常特別,好多味道都冇咩點食過。個人認為最特別既係中間既巨峰提子,食落香甜無比,朋友一開始仲以為係荔枝。

刺身5款盛盒
刺身分別有三文魚、牡丹蝦、帶子、鯛魚同拖羅。全部都係我較鐘意既刺身,整體味道十分之鮮甜美味。

燒魚
本身以為師傅俾多左個燒北寄貝我地,睇番menu先知原來個燒魚轉左個燒北寄貝北寄貝。燒得十分爽口,而且湯汁清甜可口,朋友忍唔住飲哂d湯汁。

煮物3款
煮物分別係海膽芝士豆腐、慢煮鮑魚同帶子。其中海膽芝士豆腐味道十分驚喜,豆腐質感同平時食開既好唔同,好似食緊好腍好滑既芝士咁,芝士味道十分濃郁,意外地同鮮甜既海膽味道好match。

肉類
師傅將和牛放係朴葉到燒,令牛肉香味更加突出。燒和牛口感軟腍,但略縑有點過鹹。

溫菜
溫菜係白子茶碗蒸配鯖魚壽司,白子口感順滑,非常高質。鯖魚壽司味道則酸酸地,十分適合解膩。

麵食
菠菜麵湯底清甜,可惜我地已經飽飽地,最後都係食唔哂。

3)燒物
呢款的present 方式十分好,用厚厚的粗鹽墊上一個大大的貝殼,貝殼裡乘著湯和海鮮粒,真的非常鮮味!而且我地望著師傅系一旁的爐燒煮的時候,空氣都洋溢著非常海鮮的甜味。

4)蒸物
海膽芝士豆腐,鱈魚白子,麵豉醃鮑魚
很高級的擺盤! 有兩種海膽鋪在芝士豆腐上,芝士豆腐超級好食呀! 爆推薦! 白子就更加是當季一定要食美容聖品! 鮑魚片也是很容易入口, 好軟很棒!

5)肉類
甜麵豉醬朴葉燒和牛
好可愛的擺盤,把和牛放在朴葉上燒,真的好特別,燒完的和牛有特別的味道,十分好吃。 而且分量還挺多的。和牛很高質!

用菊花汁煮馬錀薯餅,小蕪蘿蔔,舞茸菇,這個用來作餐尾的暖胃非常好。

蘿蔔絲菠菜麵,用的是非常清澈的湯底。不是平時印象中的拉麵湯底,這個很像函館清湯底拉麵的。
