今天是哥哥的生日,到了河畔一家西餐廳Fantasy Kitchen慶祝。這是一家做街坊生意的西餐,他們的客人都互相認識,非常有家的感覺,我們點了四個dinner sets,分別有頭盤,主菜,分別有頭盤,主菜,及甜及甜品。以下是對每道菜品的食評:

頭盤有三種食物

1. 脆皮田螺包:
這道前菜比較特別,很少在外面吃到,結合了脆皮和鮮嫩的田螺,讓人一嚐難忘。脆皮的外層給予了獨特的口感,而田螺的鮮美在咀嚼中散發出來,帶來滿滿的海鮮風味。

2. 煙三文魚:
煙三文魚就是正常發揮,沒有什麼特別。

3. 小多士:
小多士上面配有車厘茄及芝士,車厘茄酸酸的,加上芝士,充滿了層次的變化,是一道開胃菜。

4. 南瓜湯配麵包:
南瓜湯濃郁且柔滑,散發著南瓜的天然甜味,給了我們四本不同的麵包,再加三種點麵包的配料,非常有心思,很難在外面餐廳吃到。

今次叫了四個主菜

1. 黑松露菌蘑菇意大利麵:
這道意大利麵以黑松露和鮮嫩的菌蘑菇為亮點,散發出濃郁的香氣。麵條不會太淋,與香氣四溢的黑松露和菌蘑菇相互襯托。

2. 濃香海膽意大利飯:
這道主菜結合了意大利飯和濃郁的海膽,海膽用來做了醬汁,海膽味不是太濃,但意太利飯粒的軟硬度剛好。

3. 法式燒香草羊安架:
我比較喜歡這道菜,我們要求羊肉七成熟,羊肉嫩滑多汁,經過燒烤後表面呈現金黃色,帶著香草的香氣。

4. 烤美國安格斯肉眼扒:
這道菜都是我比較欣賞的,以優質的美國安格斯肉眼扒為亮點,都是七成熟,牛扒的外表煎至焦糖化,牛扒表面脆卜卜,牛扒肉嫩,充滿豐富的肉汁。

跟餐有四個甜品

1. 木糠布甸:
這款甜品結合了木糠和布甸的經典元素,帶來了豐富的口感和滑順的口感,木糠布甸內加入了朱古力增加了味道的層次感。

2. 法式焦糖燉蛋:
這道甜品是一個經典的法式點心。焦糖燉蛋的外層焦糖酥脆,內部綿密且滑順,上面加了肉桂粉,每一口除了甜和濃郁的奶蛋香氣外,還有肉桂的味道。

3. 芝士蛋糕:
這款芝士蛋糕擁有濃郁的乳酪味道和柔軟的質地,帶來一種濃郁的奶香和絲滑的口感。

4. 檸檬慕絲蛋糕:
這款檸檬慕絲蛋糕充滿了清新的檸檬味道。慕絲蛋糕絲滑細膩,帶有檸檬的酸甜風味,提供了一種清爽的口感。

這家餐廳的菜單提供了多種精緻美味的前菜、主菜和甜點選擇,每一道菜品都展現了獨特的風味組合。餐廳是本地小店,老闆喜歡Lego,放了很多Lego盒,顧客多是周圍的街坊,並不像到高級餐廳那麼拘謹,當顧客們像熟悉的老朋友般在餐廳裡談天,反而戴有滿滿的人情味。

除咗啲嘢好食, 特別係有人情味嘅感覺

因為嚟過好多次, 所以老闆娘已經好貼心咁記得我老細係唔食菜, 所以每次叫Main course都會自動skip走;
又會記得我個同事食唔到黑醋, 自動幫佢個沙律走醬🙏
呢啲貼心嘅動作真係好加分

When asked what was the green source came with the home-made brown bread. She swiftly replied herds in oliver oil. When I pursued further asking which herd, she mute for half a second and said in confidence: basil, and followed bonus answers saying there were chopped garlic and cheese too. Cheese? I doubted as I didn’t tasted nor smelled any. Anyway her professionalism was appreciated.

So this kitchen worth to be called again 👌🏼

今日係一個特別既日子,我的生日,老公問我午餐想食咩?
我話:「入沙田去Fantasy丫,好掛住佢地個蘑菇湯!」

我老公好鐘意食老闆整既意大利飯,自從食過一次之後,老公接著差唔多次次黎親都係食海膽意大利飯,今次試下轉口味,試黑松露帶子意大利飯,都好好味喔👍味道夠哂濃郁😋 呢個飯的特點就係咬落去有D外軟內韌的感覺,好Creamy😍

今日一開始想黎,係因為掛住個蘑菇湯,講下點解咁鍾意飲佢哋既蘑菇湯先😌因為佢哋係用真蘑菇打磨出黎的,好香濃,好好飲😛
而我哋今日響埋單後,見老闆好悠閑咁行左出來同隔離枱的熟客仔傾計(其實我哋以前黎親幫襯都好含蓄,無同老闆傾過計),今次我忍唔住問下老闆個蘑菇湯係點整既?因為之前我叫老公鑽研下點整蘑菇湯,好想響屋企都有得飲好味既蘑菇湯😊老公上網睇食譜後,整左一款蘑菇湯比我飲,主要係落蘑菇、洋蔥🧅薯仔🥔去整,都好飲既,但係如果要比分老公整既蘑菇湯,就得80分;而Fantasy 既蘑菇湯係有95分!😍其實我內心係想比100分!😛扣左個5分係比佢哋有進步嘅空間,哈哈😬
言歸正傳,我想講我超感動💕估唔到我簡單問一個問題,老闆竟然傾囊相授,佢好用心咁教我老公點樣整蘑菇湯先好味!我依家仲期待緊,有一日可以響屋企飲倒老公整既近似Fantasy既蘑菇湯,哈哈😆

未講烤美國牛肩扒,牛肩扒肉質爽口有少少彈牙,好味😋,仲有佢既紫薯蓉都好有心思去整,又甜又健康🥰伴菜仲有紅蘿蔔、菜芯等等,菜都擺得靚靚,真係賞心悅目😍

最後係甜品~朱古力心太軟,焗到個蛋糕外面脆脆地,入面軟心流心,真係好正😊
我叫老公請教埋老闆點樣整,因為之前老公響屋企焗比我食既「流心朱古力」,係「唔流心」既,只係一個朱古力蛋糕🙈
老闆話焗既時間要掌握得恰到好處,先可以表層蛋糕脆香,中間鬆軟,內裡有流心朱古力的出現,口感幼滑👍仲有d訣竅要保守秘密,我就唔寫出黎啦,哈哈😉

呢間餐廳的既服務真心好好,食材又新鮮,親民既價錢食倒酒店的質素,最難得既係, 你哋真係一間好有人情味的餐廳💕支持小店👍你哋要努力丫,再鑽研多d好味既菜式,等我哋下次再黎食😋

然之後到主菜
分別就試咗三個餐
第一個係蒲燒鰻魚意大利麵
第二個係紅酒燴牛脷配意粉
第三個係焗荷蘭盧魚柳配紫薯蓉

我盡量用客觀去評論呢餐飯
首先我知道可能小本經營,仲要開地舖已經好難捱,所以你用啲比較平嘅食材,我覺得唔應該怪你,但如果店主有心經營不妨試多啲供應商,因為你啲來貨真係好唔掂,呢樣嘢係由我第一啖食落去條鰻魚嗰刻知道,店主你有冇試過自己啲食材?

之後下一樣就係個紅酒燴牛脷配意粉,個牛脷係OK嘅但係未叫好食,至少食得出來貨價貴過條鰻魚,但個意粉真係垃圾,都好似有啲侮辱垃圾,唔建議將啲未煮熟嘅意粉拎出嚟比人食,我食第一啖食到一半停咗落嚟,考慮緊係咪你啲fusion嘢,點解我咁肯定未煮熟,因為我咬落去條意粉好有咬口但係冇味,亦都好肯定你兩個餐係分開煮呢個位我覺得加分嘅,因為鰻魚個餐啲意粉係OK嘅,起碼都叫有啲味同熟,總括成個餐最好食係條菜,不如試吓轉型搞素食主義。

最後到個焗荷蘭盧魚柳配紫薯蓉,我淨係憑呢一度菜,可以建議煮嗰個以後冇咩事唔好走入廚房,去到呢度已經冇乜心機評價,因為呢度我個friend食咗第二啖就冇再食落去,都係嗰句成道菜最好食剩係得條菜,條魚我俾唔到評價,同埋唔建議用咁多小聰明,我諗咗好耐點解個紫薯溶會係酸嘅,初頭我以為你係醃咗但係應該都冇乜可能,不過唔知我呢個推測有冇錯,你為咗掩蓋條魚柳嘅腥味,你選擇咗檸檬,但係檸檬嘅酸味已經嚴重出賣咗你,條魚柳覆蓋嘅範圍以下嘅薯蓉全部都係酸嘅。

我好耐冇寫過呢啲長文 但係我覺得你唔可以遺禍人間 同埋咁樣開餐廳遲早總有我呢種人俾個咁嘅評價你,我亦都唔介意做第一個,希望店主你會睇晒呢篇嘢

完全係中晒服 今次就怪我唔醒目
不過我都唔希望其他人有第一次

I ordered lamb cubes with mashed purple sweet potatoes which is not often seen in otherrestaurants. The seasoning was really nice. The seabass fillet was tender crispy skin.
