I have been to this restaurant several times, since Felix is one of my personal favorites. This visit I had their early dinner set and a bottle of white wine. The appetizer was a seafood ravioli with a lobster sauce. A sumptuous dish where the freshness of the seafood ravioli and the pungent lobster sauce are in perfect harmony to please your palate. The main dish was salmon  a foamy cream sauce. The foamy sauce lightens the creamy sauce so that whilst you can taste cream you don't actually feel the heaviness that you normally will with a cream sauce. The dessert was a delightful apple tart with cinnamon icecream. The tart was a light biscuit and cinnamom is a perfect companon to the apple. A perfect ending to dinner with just the right level of sweetness without thefeeling of heaviness. Coffee or tea comes with the dinner set which is served witth petit fours. My favourite is the lavender chocolate and strawberry macaron. When I don't get strawberry macaron, I normally would ask the waiter if I could have them and politely every time, they obliged. Apart from the food, the view from Felix is of course worth a mention and if you go for early dinner, you would be able to enjoy the colours of Hong Kong skyline from dusk to the night. At Felix, from the moment you enter to the table service to the moment you leave, you can expect a friendly and perfect service from a great team .  Felix you have stolen my heart

看到介紹提到Pink Amour和Pink Dot都用了粉紅色的石榴糖漿調製,而由於石榴糖漿有豐富的抗氧化劑會幫助刺激白血球生長,據稱可以有助抑制癌症生長和中和體內毒素,增強免疫力。到底喝了眼前這一杯粉紅色雞尾酒可以有多少功效就不太清楚,但知道這杯vodka調配的雞尾酒飲落雖然酒精偏淡,不過有突出的荔枝和菠蘿香,味道清新。配著3款伴酒小食,橄欖,麻辣花生和一口脆脆,不錯呢。

之後來個 pizza box, 入面裝著剛剛熟的日本霧島豬柳, 好滑! 平時不太喜歡食豬肉的我都覺得好好食! 再配個酸酸地的汁, 另有3支管可以"o即個汁入去, 有mozerella cheese, herbs, 仲有一款唔記得, 但個人認為唔加汁都已經好好味!黎到呢度以為差不多上甜品,其實主菜而家先出場!

"BBQ": 日本 A5 和牛配 Green Pepper Sauce,有些配菜食唔出係咩黎。不過講番個牛柳,真係好滑,食得出係高級和牛,我最鍾意係個青胡椒汁,辣辣地好惹味,如果比多d汁我就仲好!另外仲有個魚的主菜,海鱸魚配龍蝦汁,味道算中規中矩,無咩驚喜~

選了Early Dining Experience $398; 3 Course 有前菜, 主菜及甜品. 前菜及主菜各有2款選擇, 跟老公剛好各點一款, 剛好! 另加百元夠可加Soup or Oyster 2pcs.

送上Rosemary 麵包及麥包, 另有牛油, 橄欖油及自製醬配麵包

Felix 服務員服務不錯, 笑容可親, 而且沒有hard sell wine, 幾好!
另外服務員主動提有信用咭優惠, 慳左少少, 貼士都樂意俾多少少~

早已聽聞Felix 食物不是十分突出, 所以沒有太大期望~
可能期望不大, 所以食完感覺這裡的食物都不錯, 特別是只要$500 左右有這樣的食物, 服務及環境真係幾超值~  不錯. 人生總要到半島食次飯先算完美~

今晩去左Felix食set dinner, 去到都唔算full house. 個view幾靚,睇到幻彩詠香江。講返野食先,係用ipad menu既一人一部。啲名好長唔係好記得啦。我就揀左漢堡頭盤,幾厚配salad幾fresh,朋友揀左蝦沙律,蝦ok大隻又爽口,都幾好味既但分量有啲少咁。main course可以揀魚或者雞,我地試晒兩樣就覺得雞好味啲啦,魚冇咩特別。另外都可以加$98 要兩隻生蠔,少貴啦,中意食可加既。不過生蠔幾大隻,好鮑滿.肉質好爽,好鮮甜。最後食埋甜品都好飽下。好滿足。

 原來已經兩年無黎喇 ﹗食餐好既先 ﹗左諗右諗都唔知食咩好 ﹗最後決定散叫唔食餐喇。侍應們似乎唔多熟手,而且對 menu 唔太了解,感覺怪怪的。先黎個餐前包先,雖然唔熱,但麵包味濃,外脆內軟,加上香滑牛油,都好好味。脆條餅乾,都好耐無係西餐廳見過佢喇,大多都會 homemade 既,但依幾條唔多食得出係自家製定外購呢,無咩特別。沙律,waitress 妺妹倒下特別既 dressing,酸酸甜甜好開胃,蔬菜都非常爽甜多汁,Good ﹗鮮蟹肉球,蟹肉鮮甜彈牙,肉汁又豐富,配上半熟蛋黃既香甜,非常冶味 ﹗龍蝦清湯,忌廉龍蝦湯就飲得多喇,清湯都係第 1 次。感覺好清爽,蝦味濃而龍蝦肉爽彈,好好味噃。泰式焗波士頓龍蝦,waitress 妹妹攞住個玻璃樽出黎,我仲以為係醬汁黎添,原來成隻龍蝦放入去焗。一打開樽蓋已聞到濃郁檸檬葉味道,果然好泰式呢 ﹗味道夾雜多種泰國香料,好豐富而多層次。蝦肉非常爽彈又多汁,不能輸 ﹗收依個價都合理既。慢煮羊柳,超級軟棉既羊柳,非常軟塾啊 ﹗慢煮使到肉汁完完全全封係入面,一咬激射,正呀 ﹗肉味香濃帶點點微羶,配埋獨門醬汁,好食呀 ﹗蘆筍甜美鮮嫩,好好味 ﹗甜品時間,我不好甜的,試少少可以。依個脆皮空心朱古力併朱古力雪糕,還可以啦。解剖後原來個波入面收埋左啲餅仔架,幾得意喎。除左我地自己點既朱古力甜品外,半島仲會免費送 3 款甜品小吃架,半島椰絲棉花糖、蛋糕仔併蝴碟餅、軟心朱古力。生日快樂 ﹗開心既時刻好快過,今餐真係好好味 ﹗食飽飽埋單去完洗手間就走喇 ﹗每次都想影吓個洗手間,因為無敵大海景呀 ﹗但有洗手間服務員係度長註呢,好似怪怪的。

嚟到呢度,服務同環境唔在講,有專直到已經係氣派,所以我哋期待都係會唔錯的。。坐低後,會發現每張椅都有張相,自問覺得有啲恐怖。。。同埋坐位唔算太舒服。。食物方面,我亦覺得一般,同普通西餐都不大分別。。如果要我揀,我會覺得麵包同個湯會比較好味。。麵包我係叫佢攞咗兩轉,因為的確幾好味。。湯就好濃,兩隻蝦又彈牙。。。至於前菜,帶子都算鮮甜。。但主菜我就有啲不敢恭維。。事關魚係勁鞋。。隻法國春雞又係勁鞋。。可能我唔識欣賞啦。。朋友話雞味夠重。。覺得好味。。至於甜品,我覺得無驚喜。。但有粒hand made嘅朱古力搭夠。。咁就加番少少分啦。。杯嘢飲我反而覺得一讚。。。估唔到又調教得幾好味。。其實呢度真係食環境。。如果同朋友傾吓計飲吓嘢,都唔錯。。其實食物方面我覺得唔算太差嘅,只係比自己心目中嘅半島水準差啲啲啫。。

餐廳設計舒服,一星期前打電話問餐年初二的 menu, waitress非常有耐性解答我的問題,終於用email 攪掂訂位及prepaid,非常方便。Appetizer -蘿蔔配黑松露,蘿蔔用上湯浸過,清香入味。2nd course -清湯鲍魚,肉身剛剛好,又彈牙。3rd course - 乳鴿,Ok4th course - 和牛 - 香、甜丶煎得啱啱好丶入口即溶!5th course - 年初二煙花,180度無敵靚竟,餐廳望正四般𧄌船,港島做背竟襯托,靚絶。6th course - dessert - green tea custard, very good.Service - EXCELLENT!!!!I will be back!

幾年前去過一次Felix飲嘢 一直恨再去食一次飯 見到佢有early dinner set 一於試下 由於係early dinner 可以見到景色既轉變Early dinner set 供應時段為6-8PM 每位包頭盆主菜甜品及餐茶 early dinner set 既內容會一段時間轉一次 而今次用餐時 頭盆可揀1)帶子他他 2)蟹肉沙律 剩係試左沙律 蟹肉超多同超好味 伴碟既parma ham芒果多士都唔錯主菜可揀1)日本黑豚伴炸豚肉ravioli 黑豚超好食因為我鈕鍾意食肥肉 同行家人有人認為過肥 但一致認為ravioli好乾2) 鱸魚好一般 無值得推介既地方甜品番石榴雪糕伴雜莓沙律 偏甜無特別 家人反而欣賞伴碟既Rasberry macaron再加上付送甜品有朱古力macaron cookies 同朱古力 cookies一如以往值得推介半島曲奇一向水準穩定 可以一試 服務就一貫五星酒店質素景色唔算最靚因為有簾擋住景觀呢個價錢可以一試
