同朋友慶祝生日,當然唔慳得啦,諗咗好耐決定去銅鑼灣呢間焱丸水產,因為之前去日本食過,知道香港都有就去回味一吓。今次唔洗搭飛機,搭MTR去銅鑼灣c出口行3分鐘就到。去到見到門面都很有日本feel,裡面佈置了很多日本的旗幟,日文字和模型,雖然很多人,等咗幾分鐘就有位。今次點了焱丸海鮮沙律,飛魚刺身,龍神號壽司,露筍煙肉牛油燒,蠔鍋飯,炸蓮藕片,白蛤磯燒和溫泉蛋天婦羅。飲品方面叫咗咸檸7和咸檸樂,裡面都加了伏特加。食物味道唔洗多講,全部都很新鮮很美味,我最愛的就是飛魚刺身,魚味很重很濃,值得再食,埋單都唔洗一千蚊。

之前有次經過銅鑼灣見到附近有間日式水產店,一直都好想試,今日終於有機會嚟到!一入到黎店員就同我地介紹一個優惠,就係like Facebook page,打卡同埋comment就可以送刺身,咁抵嘅優惠我哋梗係唔會放過啦嚟到嘅刺身果然好新鮮,食落完全唔覺得有腥味,賣相同味道都一流,特別鍾意佢嘅三文魚好厚切,咬落超有口感!薯仔沙律入面就有蟹子、蟹柳同埋青瓜,配埋適量嘅沙律醬,就算係本身唔太鍾意食薯仔嘅我都唔會覺得佢食落會有平時食著仔果重口淡淡同口乾既感覺招牌嘅刺身3盛有大量海膽、吞拿魚、三文魚子、同埋蟹柳鋪滿晒喺壽司上面,就咁望上去完全見唔到壽司飯,因為材料超豐富!佢哋都撈左沙律醬,再加上本身已經好鮮味,所以唔使點醬油都已經夠味炸雞肉質鮮嫩,而且炸皮唔會好厚燒魚燒得啱啱好,唔會太乾身,配埋檸檬汁同埋醬汁仲有另外一番感覺除此之外我哋仲叫咗燒帆立貝,味道一樣係十分新鮮,而且蔬菜嘅味道都幾出芝士魚蛋同柳葉魚質素都唔錯,特別係芝士魚蛋,開頭以為會有韓國芝士年糕嗰種好濟既感覺,點知食落又唔會,食多幾舊都唔會覺得膩
