星期四同亞媽去飲早茶,早上十時多去到,門口沒人在等位的,埋去話兩位,個知客寫咗張號碼紙俾我,話未有位,要等。轉個頭,連續三次,每次兩個人分別自行入去,沒取號碼紙,我便行入去望,好明顯有對夫婦行嚟行去,見佢地行埋去一張埋緊單的枱前。有個著黑衫女人望出嚟,我便問她為何他們不用取號碼紙,她說他們是搵人,跟住出去問知客點解他們可以吾駛攞號碼紙,回答一樣,他們搵人,跟住她又話他們有攞號碼紙。我都不再嘥氣,同亞媽走人,改去地庫好彩。

今天專程來到九龍城和朋友飲早茶我們去了九龍城廣場馥苑酒樓,這間酒樓早市十分多人要等位,但我的朋友是老顧客已經留了枱給他燒雞翼是即叫即燒,送到你熱辣辣,一口咬落去皮脆肉滑很好味這個薄餅很有水準,他的材料很多有蔥有蛋蝦肉,表面他煎到乾脆,入口軟糯很好吃豉汁魚雲十分新鮮,一食落口已經知道這個小籠包中間並沒有肉汁,他和出邊的不同,一口咬落去只有肉,但是還可以原隻鮮蝦腸粉,腸粉的皮很薄,蝦肉爽囗芥末鵝掌是凍食的他已經去了骨,一食落口芥末的刺鼻感覺加上鵝掌的爽脆口感它的味道調配得很好非常好食素齋菜也不錯,外邊的腐皮炸得很脆,中間是齋菜清甜爽口鹹水角是剛剛炸好的,所以他的皮很脆,而裏面啲肉碎OK好味

我已經來了這一間海鮮酒家10多年飲茶持續來這麼多年自然有他的原因首先座位舒適 這裏的座位 不會排得太逼不會隔桌的對話都像在耳朵旁邊也不會手踭撞手踭那麼狹窄其次是食物質素 這裏的點心一直都保持高水準並且點心紙上不時會更換新點心令我每個月都至少來兩至三次首先向大家推介荔莆炸芋角他們的炸物都是即叫即炸 上桌時都是熱乎乎這個炸芋角更是他們代表作芋角炸得香口 濃郁芋頭味 內裏有豬肉和香菇內餡 並且豬肉沒有腥味 配合香菇粒的口感形成讓我持續吃了十多年的味道然後向大家推薦潮州蒸粉果這裏的粉果與外邊不同首先比外面一般粉果大至少一半但是他們的粉果皮薄 所以不會造成硬的口感粉果裏面有預先炒好的蘿蔔、蝦米、蔥和花生花生是原粒花生 造成更滿足的口感加上爽口的蘿蔔 和蝦米的香味組合成皮薄餡靚 又香口量足的粉果其實這裏味道好的點心還有很多但是篇幅所限 不能盡錄最後向大家介紹煎蔥花蝦米滑腸粉這個腸粉一定不得不提是 腸粉他們自家制因此比一般茶樓的腸粉更滑然後腸粉煎到外面香脆 內裏香滑加上腸粉內外都有蝦米和蔥唯一美中不足是稍為有點油膩但是都比一般煎腸粉 乾身少油一份兩個人分享較好說了這麼多優點 當然又要說一下缺點首先是

說了這麼多優點 當然又要說一下缺點
首先是等位 如果到來通常也要等位
大概等二十至三十分鐘左右

其次前枱負責叫號碼的員工態度比較差
其實只係一兩個員工 十分好分辨
那是一名女員工 相較其他女員工較為年輕貌美
但是服務態度較差
至於其他員工態度都有禮
但是前提是客人本身也要有禮貌
當然我認為這是正常 畢竟尊重是互相的

最後他們的價錢比一般茶樓高一點
但是真的高不了多少
況且我認為一分錢一分貨
而且這個質素收這個價錢已是很不錯
