螺肉同蟹肉一齊焗,好香,蟹肉d鮮味好岀,好重,螺肉食到係爽口,不過螺肉應該偏清甜,係俾蟹肉d味cover左d,可能配返海膽會正d,期待下次食既係配海膽🤤
呢道菜重味,配返支重口味d既Riesling ,支酒好豐富草本味,少少礦物味,唔會俾道菜搶左d味,反而中和返少少草本味,容易多少少入口

個鵪鶉有驚喜!有少少似食緊乳鴿,比一般食既乳鴿嫩滑d,少油d,只係我覺得個份量細d,想食多d😂
支酒係偏薄身,tannic少,都幾酸既紅酒,食完再飲,支酒係會厚身左,同埋無咁酸。

附近返工當然要周圍揾d好野Happy Friday同同事忙裡偷閒,發現到呢間有點隱世的法國菜,大家食過都要再encore. 首先黎個南瓜湯(之前試過羅宋湯冇咁好味),但南瓜湯實在做得出色,佢用個杯仔裝住,小小一杯唔夠喉  店內的廚房是開放式,茶水自己斟,有earl grey + 檸檬和熱茶兩款選擇。Menu所見餐廳有100%自家製手工意粉,喜愛咬口的我眼睛已經離不開此部分。在意粉類別點選了煎虎蝦龍蝦汁寬帶麵,賣相好漂亮,龍蝦汁貫穿了意粉和配料,意粉偏淋,但澱粉質大滿足,以Lunch time黎講可以食到用心製作的食物真是已經滿分。Lunch time 人多,大家去之前可以預先book位,免卻等候的時間!另外露台位很有feel,可以順便打卡
