今晚我們去咗深井嘅「傅記燒鵝飯店」食晚飯!我們叫咗招牌炭燒燒鵝「半隻」嘅皮燒得都幾香脆,肉質亦好鬆軟,而且有淡淡嘅炭燒香味!豉油皇炒鵝腸嘅鵝腸非常爽脆,而且吸收晒豉油皇嘅鮮甜味!蒜蓉炒豆苗相當青嫩,份量超大碟,而且鑊氣十足!椒鹽鴨舌係即叫即炸,好香口惹味,炸味亦唔會好厚身!豉汁蒸烏頭都幾肥美大條,肉質好鮮味嫩滑!剁椒蒸魚雲嘅肉質非常鮮甜滑溜,加上色彩鮮艷嘅剁椒舖面,令到賣相更加吸引同食慾大增!
