以往羊腩煲在深井來說傅記飯店做的算是最好。今年第一次到傅記吃羊腩煲,果然沒有令我失望。羊腩幾乎每件也連皮,大小適中,肥瘦均勻,軟稔又帶—點羊肉香味,且沒有羶味。支竹稍嫌質地不夠軟滑。煲內還有馬蹄、厚厚的冬菇、筍和芹菜等,烹調功夫算是了得 。伴隨的一籃生菜也很新鮮爽甜。不愧是深井最好吃的羊腩煲!

一直看TVB,人家都說去沙田吃乳鴿,去深井吃燒鵝。去了無數次香港以後,終於有機會來了。要了半隻燒鵝,味道是不錯啦。但是也沒有特別特別的驚喜,anyway,真的兩個人吃不完。桶蠔也好淡,沙茶粉絲又不夠入味,唉....以後不要去了!

一直看TVB,人家都說去沙田吃乳鴿,去深井吃燒鵝。去了無數次香港以後,終於有機會來了。

要了半隻燒鵝,味道是不錯啦。但是也沒有特別特別的驚喜,anyway,真的兩個人吃不完。

桶蠔也好淡,沙茶粉絲又不夠入味,唉....以後不要去了!

以前係深井幫襯過一間燒鵝集團,出品同服務都可以用差劣嚟形容。以為上次唔好彩,今次幫襯傅記,食個早餐,點知仲差。糯米雞細隻無料又咸,糯米淋bad bad無咬口,餡料除咗咸就係咸。碗粥杰到糊仔咁,淡如無味,炒麵一般。公仔麪包味精唔錯,最差個俺列又老又鞋仲要無料。一句講曬,難食,無下次,講完。

初四到傅記晚飯, 侍應全程口黑面黑,不知所謂,如果做得唔開心,為何仍出來工作,早些退休吧,何必比臉色客人看呢。小菜普通,燒鵝賣相不俗,但味道比已前差了,很柴皮,可能是新年要大量制作吧,小炒王腰果及鹹菜太多,味道很鹹,薑汁介蕑冇薑味,而且很多油,生炒骨落太多粉,且好酸,最好食都係通菜炒牛仔肉,賣相幾好,其他不説也罷。廁所勁唔清潔,女仕勿用。10人食飯,大約2000元,ok la....

I went hiking through Tai Lam country park and the only thing that got me through the long walk was the thought of a good meal at the end.The roast goose at Fu Kee in Sham Tseng did not disappoint.  And the bottle of ice cold beer helped a lot too.The goose seemed freshly roasted, it was still quite warm.  We ordered the smallest portion which still was too much for just 2 people.  The goose was plump and satiny from the oil but a bowl of warm rice was the right foil to cut through the grease.Se

天寒地凍,又係羊腩煲的時候啦,本來到屋企樓下食,只打算草草吃個碟頭飯就算,但見到鄰席的客人個個都點了羊腩煲,羊群心態下,都點了個小煲來拌飯。上來個羊腩煲,真的很足料,通菜芹菜馬蹄枝竹,汁料又很濃郁芳香,對住個爐滾住滾住吃實在是一種享受,侍應們服務很周到,腐乳醬一人一碟,生菜籃的生菜又新鮮又多,見煲湯快煲乾了又自動自覺地問要不要添,天氣再凍些的時候,真的可以再吃多次~:)

椒鹽魚下巴--->>成晚唯一好食的就係呢個,又香,又入味~

福建炒飯--->>街邊大排檔好過佢,難吃死了~

燒鵝半隻 --->>落單時,已經說明要瘦既燒鵝,上檯後,燒鵝表面好靚,但...皮下脂肪就...赫C人,
令我想起我的bye bye肉
而且,唔脆既?

埋單$502蚊,燒鵝半隻 $170 + 另4個餸 $58+$58+$60+$62 +

(5位茶錢 x 2蚊位)共$10 + 啤酒1枝$14 +前菜1碟$20

共$452x11%服務費=$49.72+$452 = $501.72,實收$502蚊~

埋單才知收11%服務費,牆上沒寫,伙計也沒提過,就真係有點離譜囉,

老實講,呢間食物又唔得,服務方面,除了上菜,連埋單都係自己落樓下埋的,

真係睇唔到佢哋有甚麼服務囉,不明他們憑甚麼去收食客11%服務費??


老實說,502蚊一餐飯,如果好食的,並不算貴,但..咁既質素來說,

$350蚊都比多佢了~

呢間黑店,打死我都唔會再嚟第二次的,各位老友,大家想來試的,

都要三思啊~下次再來深井,都係番去路口果間陳記好了,起碼唔會食到一肚火,

今日同朋友4人叫小菜食, 環境就麻麻地, 路天地下濕漉漉的, 我地坐入室內, 好得好, 有冷氣又有電視.薑蔥桶蠔: $9x有6隻, 好肥好鮮, 薑蔥好多好野味豉油皇鵝腸: $5x 好爽脆同洗得好乾淨, 墊底既芽菜好多同好爽, 所以呢碟既份量都好大下蚧肉扒芥膽: $5x 我最鐘意呢個送, 個芥菜膽好有上湯同鮮甜味, 加上蚧肉同旦白獻, 好夾涼瓜田雞: $5x 呢個送油左d, 同埋涼瓜有d散修修(炒過火), 一般總結: 大牌檔風味, 有 wok 氣, 連酒水每人約 $80, 會有下次幫趁, 朋友話明下次食魚頭, 因為走時見到一個個掛在雪櫃內, 好大個好新鮮既樣. 老闆話佢每日親自去買貨的.
