嚟過呢間幾次食嘢,每次都覺得滿意,而且隔一段時間嚟都會發覺佢嘅裝修有啲唔同咗,今次餐牌同餐具都換咗,亦不時會加啲新嘢,令人有啲小驚喜,今次推出咗奧爾良雞翼、扎肉撈金邊粉,而我哋就試咗新出嘅冰磚鮮奶咖啡,杯咖啡好得意,咖啡冰磚係一隻公仔,喺牛奶上面浮下浮下慢慢融化落鮮奶,之後就可以飲,咖啡味道香醇,唔會甜;亦都試咗新出嘅香烤芝士蝦餅法包,十分有份量,滿滿都係蝦肉同芝士,法包烤到好脆口,最緊要係食完都唔會覺得濟,好正!仲有要咗份香茅豬扒湯粉,湯底好清香,夠味道,豬扒炸得幾好,唔會油膩,好似每次都會食小食拼盤,真係好好味,又可以食幾款唔同嘅小食,每樣小食都整得好好,用料都好足!下次都係會繼續嚟食😀

Soft shell crab is my go-to whenever I’m in a vietnamese resto, so I had been thinking over a few soft shell crab options on the menu, including that with avocado & salad, with green curry and with salt and pepper, but I’m glad that I chose this rice paper roll, which is smooth and soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside 😋 but my only complaint is that the soft shell crab itself is not huge and succulent enough haha

Ohh my guilty pleasure 😈 rmb to dig out the salted egg yolk at the bottom and spread it nicely on the fries, cuz the egg yolks didn’t evenly adhere to the fries when they’re served. And actually I hope the fries could be a little bit more crispy because right now they’re kinda greasy and soggy inho. But still they tasted just awesome!!! Nth can beat salted egg yolks hahaha

都好大一碗,香茅雞扒煎得好脆口,雞肉超級嫩滑,用香茅調味,就咁食已經好夠味道。

撈檬就梗係食檬粉喇,檬粉比金邊粉圓身啲粗身啲,所以食落再有口感啲。枱上面擺咗一支橙色嘅調味撈汁,酸酸味味,凍凍地既撈粉撈埋啲配菜蘿蔔絲生菜咁食,味道好清新。

之前已經試過fuhn,覺得唔錯,今次再幫襯,突然之間好想食越式法包,就叫左佢個特式鵝肝醬法包再加多個牛油果奶昔。牛油果奶昔食到好天然好強牛油果味,無其他添加,好rich好thick。法包帶點微辣,配埋酸酸地嘅沙律幾開胃,不過個包就略嫌細咗少少無咩特別,唔係好夠飽。
