銅鑼灣lunch time 周圍都很多人,突然間想食越南食物,朋友訂了這間餐廳一試,因為我們有訂位所以很快安排入座,餐牌上有很多選擇。但每次去越南餐廳都係點香茅豬扒撈檬,朋友叫香茅豬扒沙律,兩個餐也跟熱飲!説真的香茅豬扒味道沒有太大驚喜,和其他越南餐廳味道差不多,不過檬粉份量也挺多的。餐廳座位相對擠迫一點,不過服務都可以的!

説真的香茅豬扒味道沒有太大驚喜,和其他越南餐廳味道差不多,不過檬粉份量也挺多的。

個湯檬超級好食, 麵條有咬口,湯底清甜,感覺好天然冇味精,香茅雞扒炸到非常酥脆,雞肉有肉汁,唔錯,不過個蔥油就油左少少,加埋啲辣椒,更加惹味,朋友叫左個牛魔王車頭金邊粉,料同牛肉冇想像中咁多,但係湯底都好清甜有牛味。

香茅豬頸肉串燒(25元)
看到就想吃了,就叫了一小串來試試!怎知道還真的很意外,這裡的串燒挺特別的,豬頸肉是切得比較薄的,所以燒完後變得非常香脆,不油膩,而且醃得也很入味,單吃也足夠了,個人感覺配上了沙爹醬反而不太好,本身已經足夠好!

首先碟雞翼超重牛油香, 咬落去好juicy而且個皮好脆,仲啖啖肉,好邪惡🙈

美國安格斯牛肉粉:一上枱已經香氣撲鼻,試咗一啖湯頭, 好濃嘅牛肉味
佢既牛肉份量都算多, 而且肉質好林滑唔鞋口, 河粉索左湯都好滑🤤

之前在這裏吃過晚飯,覺得食物和價錢都不錯,今晚便來到了,雖然訂了座位,不過由於生意興隆,都需要在店內排隊,等了數分鐘,才可以進來。美國安格斯生牛肉湯粉$75。對於一個生牛肉粉來說,湯頭熱是非常重要的,加上安格斯牛肉味道十足,肉質鮮嫩可口,變成了一個非常正宗的越式生牛肉河粉。如果加上全不換、芽菜、青檸和指天椒🌶️,味道就更佳。自家制蝦餅$98,這個蝦餅有一個特色鬥士就是可以吃到蝦肉粒的爽甜,這個是非常罕有的,加上外脆內軟,令人印象難忘。越式炒小椰菜$98,小椰菜爽甜可口,加上越式調味料的味道,又是另外一種情懷。洛神花茶凍$38,洛神花的味道不會太濃,如果再濃一點更好。煉奶越南咖啡雪糕$48,咖啡味道的果凍,加上雪糕和煉奶的甜味,是一個絕佳的飯後甜品。
