今天來到這家越南餐廳,一進去覺得裝修比較簡單,不過之後就有驚喜了!看了一下菜單,發現食物價錢合宜,不過因為不太餓所以只叫了三樣食物,包括有鮮蝦米卷,牛肉河,香茅雞翼,同一杯凍咖啡沙冰。鮮蝦米卷有四個跟外面的份量差不多,味道不錯,米卷的質地煙韌,會再吃的。而到牛肉河,配料俾得好足,芽菜新鮮,湯底清新,肉嘅份量偏多,兩個女仔食一碗都夠哦。之後輪到雞翼,個人認為牛油味好夠但香茅味不足,不過佢炸得好脆好鬆軟,好值得一試同再食!咖啡不錯不會太甜。值得再來的餐廳!

當然不能錯過餐廳招牌牛肉pho。這個份量超級大,完全夠2個人分,而且有生牛肉、牛腩,牛丸、牛筋、牛展和牛百葉,完全能夠滿足各位牛魔王。生牛肉夠生,用牛湯的餘溫慢慢煮熟它令肉質剛好,保持鮮嫩。牛腩片的肥膏比較多,吃起來油香很重。牛丸彈牙,牛筋和牛百葉沒有多餘的調味,但是淡淡的牛肉味很出。我最喜歡的是牛柳粒,油脂分佈平均,而且一口吃下去剛剛好。我們選擇了金邊粉,份量很多,而且麵質不會軟掉。

想食呢間好耐,8點鐘去到坐無虛席,我諗想食都係book定位好啲。望望個餐牌,好似同Openrice見到嘅唔同咗,唔知係咪最近轉咗,但點都好,都係食越南野為主嘅。我地兩個人叫咗一碗雞絲配春雞脾湯檬,同埋一個超正嘅小食拼盤。野飲就叫咗杯荔枝椰果梳打同白桃沙冰。呢度嘅湯檬比其他餐廳貴,但貴得好有價值。首先佢大大碗,一碗雞絲湯檬,除咗雞絲,仲有雞軟骨丸,同一隻細細嘅春雞脾。一上枱,極香雞湯味,但望落去又唔會有好多雞油浮面嗰種油膩感。食落去雞絲非常嫩滑,檬粉配上雞湯亦雞味濃郁,但唔會太咸,恰到好處。加埋佢落咗好多蔥花碎,成件事好夾,啲蔥花都要讚一讚,因為係食得出係新鮮嘅蔥嚟。另外,佢芽菜香茅葉青檸嗰啲調味係另上嘅,咁就可以按自己口味落~而小食拼盤就熱氣少少嘅,但飲返杯沙冰唔怕啦。拼盤有炸豆腐、炸蝦餅、炸雞翼、軟殼蟹、炸春卷等等,每款兩件。炸蝦餅最出色,入面真係有大大隻蝦架,唔係淨係蝦膠,所以啲蝦味特別出。其他都炸得好有水準,唔係太油,調味上亦唔會太重口味,所以食完咁多款都唔會好滯野飲就正正常常啦,鍾意佢唔會過甜,無當糖漿唔使錢係咁落haha

對上一次去越南,我諗都已經有差不多兩年嘅時間,當時最印象深刻係同朋友一齊由胡志明搭大巴去峴港,因為一搭就搭左我三十個鐘,不過呢啲都係試過一次就好,對我黎講長途機基本上都唔夠我個次耐。呢次我同旅友B落左銅記食越南野,今次黎真係有驚喜,因為餐牌都更新過,見到都唔少新野食,而且店內裝修過,環境好舒適,有格調。主食方面,我地分別叫左日本和牛肉和牛丸湯粉,同埋特別牛湯粉。其實呢兩碗都係好正,和牛個碗啲牛味好濃,特別係咬牛丸個下,啲牛味出哂黎,越食越有味,雖然得和牛肉同牛丸,但係份量好夠呀。而特別牛湯粉嘅特別之處就係牛嘅部位較多,份量亦都好足。小食方面,我地嗌左軟殼蟹米紙卷,食呢個嘅時候最緊要係點個醬汁,因為好夾同埋風味提升哂,軟殼蟹炸得夠酥脆,係唔錯嘅。飲品就叫左牛油果奶昔同蝶豆花青檸梳打,兩杯都好值得推薦嘅。難得可以過下越南癮真係唔錯,下次心癮起又可以過黎食下啦。
