朋友外地回來特別想約去跑馬地吃私房菜,餐廳裝潢簡潔,座位之間有足夠的空間感,另一邊是包廂空間,坐起來特別舒適。來這裡需要提早預約,因為有些菜式需要提早預訂,建議大家一次過把想吃的都提早在預約時先留,例如桶蠔煲如果不預訂的話有機會沒貨🥹這天我們分別點了:🔹生拆蟹肉炒大良奶🔹豉油雞🔹菜脯肉松煎蛋角🔹薑蔥桶蠔煲🔹椒鹽豆腐粒🔹四囍荷葉飯🔹雞油花雕蒸馬友(古法蒸)來這裡一定要點豉油雞,雞肉嫩滑而且味道調配剛剛好,完全是你連雞皮都想吃的成度☺馬友也很滑,不過我們都覺得不太吃到花雕酒香;比較有驚喜是蟹肉炒大良奶,口感很特別,蟹肉不算多,但和蛋白一起吃的時候是不錯的,帶鹹的奶香很有記憶點;菜脯肉松煎蛋角以為會很鹹,吃下去又剛剛好,蛋香濃郁,很適合配飯:荷葉飯醬汁比較黏,味道偏濃,但很入味,好吃的😋平日晚上第一輪頗多人的,有興趣來試還真的是儘早預約。

來這裡一定要點豉油雞,雞肉嫩滑而且味道調配剛剛好,完全是你連雞皮都想吃的成度☺馬友也很滑,不過我們都覺得不太吃到花雕酒香;比較有驚喜是蟹肉炒大良奶,口感很特別,蟹肉不算多,但和蛋白一起吃的時候是不錯的,帶鹹的奶香很有記憶點;菜脯肉松煎蛋角以為會很鹹,吃下去又剛剛好,蛋香濃郁,很適合配飯:荷葉飯醬汁比較黏,味道偏濃,但很入味,好吃的😋
平日晚上第一輪頗多人的,有興趣來試還真的是儘早預約。
