最有驚喜的是韭菜餃,煎餃來說餃皮算薄,帶點煙韌,餡料都超級多超大的一隻!而且菜肉比例平均,即使餡料如此豐富餃皮卻不會爆開,超讚!

朋友好中意食中菜,佢話前排同過公司同事去大四囍食中菜,今次就決定同我去。餐廳有多款鑊氣小炒,員工服務態度亦不錯呢。事先打去預留咗豉油雞,餐廳員工話系招牌菜,咁真系要試吓🤤豉油味道好鬼濃郁,雞肉嫩滑十分🐔雞皮同雞肉吸收豉油更入味,正所謂食雞吾食皮不如吾好食😆今次我真系連雞皮都食埋!朋友想食金沙鮮魷🦑就叫咗一份。個人覺得對比起金沙味道,鮮魷嚼勁反而更明顯,金沙即鹹蛋黃,啖啖食到鹹蛋黃味道亦滋味💛咕嚕蝦球🍍🦐菠蘿切片切得好令人賞心悅目💛蝦球被滿滿甜酸汁包圍,十分開胃。蝦球爽口彈牙亦不俗,系大家會好中意嘅一道菜式。四囍荷葉飯,用得餐廳名黎命名即招牌菜,點都要試試。裡面十分足料,有瑤柱、冬菇🍄蝦仁、雞粒,各種食材亦新鮮,整體黎講又好足料,香氣十足,炒飯粒粒分明👍🏼👍🏼
