離家五分鐘,現在是我最喜歡的中菜廳之一。因為出面好多酒樓都比較油或者菜式大同小異,有好一排爸媽一講飲茶就怕。雖然黃埔都有好幾間唔錯食中菜嘅餐廳(都係位於幾間酒店裏面的比較好),而這間則很貼地,但又精緻和特別,亦好健康。首先必食係叉燒配白飯。叉燒食過約四次,和牛幾乎入口即溶的囗感,調味都恰到好處。菜餃實物好的色,一口嘅size, 不過的確好鮮味,如果叫每人2粒就正今次試海參蝦膠,海參好厚、入味同有口感,唔似得之前我去某餐廳,大家可以睇返之前篇食評,咁貴都做得唔好另外推這個酸辣窩巴窩巴金黃香脆但不覺熱氣,醬汁都調得好都係比出邊好味嘅! 另外仲有食甜品,不過已經忘記咗,但來過好多次次次都食得好滿意。覺得係屋苑有咁嘅質素好出奇值得一提係佢哋嘅員工難得態度咁好總是笑容滿面,會花時間同客人傾計,講野又識氹人,有工作熱誠的 喺9號水產呢個場來講,因為其他生意又唔多好、態度又唔好,惡性循環,有試過出漏菜同好多樣都話賣哂,呢一間簡直係清泉!

呢一間簡直係清泉!

公司聚餐,选了这一家餐厅。出品及服务均很不错,但价钱也不便宜。由于是公司吃饭不大好意思拍照,所以照片不多。蜜汁叉烧,这裏的招牌菜,叉烧烧得鬆软多汁。百味豆腐,其实就是椒盐豆腐,外焦内软。鸿运乳猪一隻,这裏的皮是跟肉一块切的,吃完都很饱肚了。姬松茸螺头汤,汤很清。豉汁炒圣子,不错蒸海星班,一流。怀旧桂花炒鱼肚,非常好味道。桃蓉生汁大虾球,不错。当红炸子鸡,好味,外焦内嫩。薑汁炒芥兰,姜汁少了些。樱花虾炒饭,饭粒炒得很乾身竹叶角,吃到这裏已经很饱了。然后还有千层糕。口渴指数:2级~(口渴指数,由一级到五级,一级,是最不口喝的,五级,是最口喝的)油腻指数:二级~(指数,由一级到五级,一级,是最不油,五级,是最油腻的)

西米焗布甸,呢個焗布甸唔算話好甜,個面有層焦糖,成個布甸好有芋頭的香味,個底仲有勁多芋頭,唔系好食芋頭既我都覺得好正。


職員服務同食物都唔錯,環境好舒服,加上午餐時間,上菜速度真系好快。讚!!! 
晏就呢個時候唔算係好多人,但聽講平時系大排長龍。
老闆想叫每人一個蟹肉瑤柱灌湯餃, 但係平日無得供應。

黃埔9號水產開幕了差不多一年,成日話想去食但覺得吾太就腳,今日難得同朋友去左黃埔打保齡球,咁岩醒起想過黎睇下。而我對中菜都情有獨鐘。朋友推介依間餐廳 - 海福樓8:30入座,內裡人不太多,可是店員招呼冷淡,將Menu交下之後就聚在一起聊天,就算要點餐都要叫了好幾聲連茶一直都未開,直至我們點菜時我跟她們說還未有茶才幫我們開。♥️避風塘炒辣蟹用上肉蟹,蟹肉尚算鮮甜及肉質夠結實,但略嫌辣度不足,入味度不足。♥️鮮腐竹魚湯浸娃娃菜魚湯很鮮甜濃郁,飲完不會太口渴。娃娃菜吸收了濃郁的魚湯,而且煮得偏軟。♥️賽螃蟹蛋白雖炒得勁滑嫩,但油太多,每啖口中都是油🙈蟹肉少得可憐。♥️桂花銀芽炒魚肚炒得太乾身,魚肚已經沒有水份,還有少許腥味。銀芽口感已經不爽口及有渣。

8:30入座,內裡人不太多,可是店員招呼冷淡,將Menu交下之後就聚在一起聊天,就算要點餐都要叫了好幾聲
連茶一直都未開,直至我們點菜時我跟她們說還未有茶才幫我們開。

呢一間我奶奶樓下嘅飲茶真係好好味我哋帶咗幾個簡單嘅點心都好有水準,腸粉好彈牙,蝦餃有蝦味魷魚一啲都唔韌,叉燒包勁多叉燒,地方闊落坐得好舒服我帶個BB去都冇詐型,仲比啲碗同匙羹我BB玩,BB櫈硬佢就比張枱布我哋放係後面服務冇得頂呀!

So blessed to meet this group who is willing to explore Chinese food with me! So blessed to meet this group who is willing to explore Chinese food with me! Anyways the tender char Siu and crispy suckling pig 🐷here ROCKED. How could they make every part of the suckling pig 🐖that GOOOD! Especially I had too many suckling pigs during CNY and this was such a stark contrast...I usually just had one piece but for this I am willing to go for 10 pieces 🤤around HKD 500-600 per person for the whole meal! HKD 1180 for the suckling pig.

數年前已聽過身邊朋友談論福臨手撕乳豬如何如何的美味,奈何該等檔次並非本人消費力所及,未曾一試,近日居然看見東方日報介紹海福樓乳豬三吃,祗售$1180,急不及待約埋家人一試,第一吃:片皮第二吃:手撕肉第三吃:手撕骨。除了豬頭打包拎回家煲粥,八個人食到一件不留!皮脆這是必然的,腳仔真的是冇得輸,腳仔皮也脆卜卜,沒絲毫脂肪,肉質彈牙又嫩口,美味至極,肋骨仍然黏著醬计,雖然沒多肉,衆人也啃得清光,家人也讚口不絕!PS 一定要預訂的

星期日下午1時和家人飲茶,服務員不理會報枱号的系統細聲,還反說係多台客戶聽不到,之後又說下一張枱到我們,可是當其他等候人士又出現同樣情況時卻以枱號比我們先為理由又要我們等,呢度比客訂台,但又控制不到每張茶客用饍時間,結果來到還是要等,我們再三監視才能比已訂台的茶客早入,但已無奈等了45分鐘,坐下來時發現細枱感覺古怪,會有射燈射在某些位置上,我就感覺古怪,不懂欣賞此燈光效果,食物質素當然冇問題,可是服務及系統配套不善恐怕會嚇怕食客。

平時食得太多盆菜,海味盆菜有花膠鮑魚海參鵝掌冬菇,完全唔係平時嘅元朗盤菜嘅魚蛋燒肉燒鵝,呢個嘅高格調令成件事唔同哂,高級哂。

上次已經吃過的水煮龍蠆片,今次當然再叫,那個水煮當然是依舊不得了,桂花魚魚肉大大件,最重要係個啲浸係水煮汁嘅粉絲,吃得叫人越來越開胃,仲要個湯都可以飲到,同平時你係外邊食用上唔係幾靚嘅油,呢個完全係贏十條街。

甜品吃最傳統的古法馬拉糕和蛋黃千層糕,自然是令人滿意,甜而不膩,就算吃飽也忍不到口。
