​因為近年來沙田市比較難搵位食飯,我們多去石門的商場食晚飯,以前只有小量餐廳,商場是有泊車優惠,現在到酒樓食飯都沒有泊車優惠。蛇羹,都有蛇肉而且足料,叫咗四人份量,但可以分成9碗,可惜沒有薄荷葉,但配上生炒糯米飯是很配合的;生炒糯米飯,飯身都乾,份量不小,但配料比飯小;生煎包,包皮比較厚,而且肉比較小,似菜肉包多D;鴨翼(小食),份量不小,味道不錯;燒鵝,味道可以,但可惜上碟時已經涷了;燒肉拼盤,廚師有切好拼盤才上菜;龍躉切片,比較多骨,而且有小小鯹;粉絲蟹煲,亦是不太熱,而且整個煲比較乾。員工態度:整體上可以,但上菜的員工很冇禮貌,將枱上的包裝紙巾掉到我的筷子上,而且完全沒有覺得有問題。

1月9日晚與朋友在酒樓魚池揀了蟹約5斤半,用蛋白蒸。蒸出來的蟹味道不單很咸,肉質更是水汪汪的,似把蟹放入水中煮一樣。向部長反影只推説魚池的水很咸,所以蒸出來有咸味。??? 不是第一次吃這種蟹但在其它地方吃過的蟹都不會是這樣的。部長只是計少半斤的蟹錢作保贘。最後這隻蟹只吃了一半。其它餸也很咸,海味什菜煲的蝦乾未有用水浸過便直接使用,硬得咬不開。當晚酒樓只有大約十枱客,㕑房應該不會忙碌,但食物飪煮質素竟如此惡劣,酒樓集團出品部的高層應該要監察這分店的食物飪煮水準了。

芝士波士頓龍蝦
龍蝦伊麵必需要配答既一定係芝士, 濃濃既芝士汁係伊麵上面, 加上大大隻龍蝦, 真係一大享受, 最正係佢既芝士份量夠多, 以至到我食到最後都唔會覺得好DRY, 反而仲係有好多芝士係上面, 口感同味道都係一流的

探訪完親人沙田新居,順道到石門食入伙晚飯。石門聽得多,但未曾到過。京瑞中心就在石門站,大圍轉烏溪沙線,非常方便。富臨這分店是新開張,裝修華麗但椅套及枱布很殘舊,洗手間又骯髒不清理,這麼大間酒樓都不處理下憑傳單訂BB豬一隻$188,隻BB豬雖然皮脆,但完全無肉得皮包肥膏勁差長腳蟹新鮮鮮甜但被花雕蓋過蟹味,蛋白香滑幾好食,我覺得海港的長腳蟹比較好味又抵食其他菜式都不過不失涼粉布甸燉蛋白幾好味,南瓜露太稀,南瓜糕味道麻麻
