To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 有蟹肉,瑤柱,火腿,蝦,豬肉等等,煲到好入味,濃而不過度,清而香甜,清清地好足料👍

呢個3寶只需要$238,係個帶子蒸得耐左韌左啲,但總體而言樣樣都好新鮮,味道都好好,最重要係真係好抵食呀🎉仲有就算剩係睇個海蝦,見到佢個賣相係有排過,由此可見真係用心左好多🙂
🧚🏻♀️薑蔥焗桶蠔
呢一個需要$168,雖然啲蠔好大隻,但就只係得6隻,相對地冇咁抵食,但味道方面大家都好欣賞,上菜熱辣辣渣渣聲,好香👃🏻而且佢用煲仔上,啲蠔會有少少燒焦味,加分😋

- 海皇冬瓜盅
蘿蔔絲酥餅係我覺得最好食嘅一個點心,佢外皮脆又完全唔會燶,好香口。而裏面蘿蔔好淋好軟。
乳鴿外皮唔夠香脆,有少少失望。
金錢肚好入味。
燒賣同埋雞紮就中規中矩啦。
我哋星期日晏晝大約12點幾到,呢度勝在等位唔駛等咁耐,食物質素其實都OK,侍應態度都唔錯。另外我鍾意間茶樓底好高,感覺好靚。
乳鴿的賣相 麻麻, 外皮略乾, 刀工不工整, 但是吃起來的時候卻出奇的好味, 肉質嫩滑有汁。
薑蔥炒蟹也不錯有鮮味, 但是略鹹。
燒鵝賣相不錯皮脆肉嫩,但也是略鹹。
豉汁蒸白鱔賣相也是不錯, 皮是爽脆 但是肉質較削 ,碟底太多油。
人均消費180元 一切都是不過不失。

大大碟,但魚肚鹹咗啲.

即喺糯米飯,依家無乜人嘥時間生炒架喇,而個飯炒得麻麻哋,相信喺蒸飯時水多咗啲,飯粒偏腍,唔喺煙糯嗰種腍,喺有少少爛爛哋嗰種腍,故影響咗整體嘅食味。 精美 甜品
是晚嘅甜品會喺乜?喺紅棗糕,由於睇落色澤唔算深沉,故入口紅棗味都喺預計中唔強勁,個人就覺得淡薄咗少許,還好口感黏黏糯糯,感覺幾好,又唔會太甜。 最後喺合時鮮果,一盤12個大橙,所以,都費事影出嚟。雖然百多席,但整晚上菜嘅節奏、速度都幾平均,而做酒席嘅 侍應大多數都喺臨時工,不過,服務算唔錯,至少有禮貌,亦無咩犯錯,上菜又順序,最唔鍾意有啲酒家亂咁出菜,此外,菜式嘅份量夠晒大碟頭添。
咁啱我要去石門買野就去埋個度搵野食醫肚啦。行到京瑞廣場二期地下。。。嘩 超多人間間都排長龍,上到二樓買完野見有酒樓不如去嘆下茶差唔多二點已經人頭湧湧攞張飛好快入坐,點了五樣野即刻比阿姐落單哩度裝修得好靚有好多好大盞水晶吊燈牆身又整到好似教堂咁,啱晒新人係到擺酒。

富臨蝦餃皇,皮薄蝦真係好大隻。
山竹牛肉球,大大粒。
點心拼盤。。。有7樣點心每樣一件
熱辣辣芝麻流沙包,好新鮮芝麻醬流晒出嚟好好味。
最後叫埋肉絲煎麵好大碟脆卜卜汁醬同配料都多好味
食飽飽又可以落商場濕平喇。
本來一家人開開心心去食飯,點知撞著一班廢柴經理主任,十問九不知,以後都唔會再去幫襯
最後還有小強由枱底扒上枱面襯熱閙 😱😱😱
