今天路過石門,光顧咗這間,服務態度不錯。可惜食物的質素,真的有待提升。雖然是特價產物,將貨就價,超值孖寶:法式長腳蟹配伊麵底及枝竹菜心。長腳蟹基本上是沾滿生粉炸完再落獻汗,蟹腳基本上沒有蟹肉,相當搵笨。與其是法式長腳蟹配伊麵底,不如叫鬆炸生粉蟹殼配伊麵更為合襯。枝竹菜心則尚可。

有日day off, 做完gym之後肚餓得好緊要, 就去酒樓搵一啲嘢食下,雖然做完gym之後食嘢係會有反效果, 不過冇辦法我就係忍唔到餓一個人去到酒樓都唔知叫啲乜嘢好,究竟叫盅頭飯食定係叫點心食,抑或是燒鵝瀨, 不過當時只係見到每一台都有叫燒乳鴿,我就忍唔住口帶著3隻嚟食。三隻燒乳鴿全部係開邊斬成半,有啲人可以好優雅咁用筷子去食,不過我唔係嗰種人, 我就用手拎起隻乳鴿,用口齒出嚟食, 乳鴿皮好脆不過啲肉唔係太嫩滑,而且都算幾咸, 我一條友食咗三隻,感覺好油膩,好滯,好咸,好口乾。食完之後我就叫咗碗紅豆沙嚟飲,呢碗紅豆沙好杰,好甜,飲完會紅豆沙士後,喉嚨依然係好口乾。

太肚餓,所以今次叫了不少菜肴。先叫了芝士伊麵焗波士頓龍蝦配極品燒鵝皇,西蘭花抄龍躉球,果皮蒸南非鮑魚及金銀蒜蒸三頭大元貝。首先上菜的是西蘭花抄龍躉球,西蘭花爽脆而沒有抄過火喉,上碟時仍然非常翠綠。鮮甜美味的龍躉魚肉塊,肉質很嫩,魚肉很鮮美,啖落啖啖肉,沒有什麼魚骨在肉內,都非常合適怕魚骨的人。再來是大大碟的芝士伊麵焗波士頓龍蝦,芝士味很濃烈,醬汁不會太浠亦不會濃,與伊麵配搭剛好。龍蝦塊數量不少,每人都能夠分多幾件。龍蝦肉很飽滿,肉質美味及火喉按制好好。極品燒鵝皇(例牌)不是到到都可食到脆皮的燒鵝,有些地方開頭會脆,但放久了會很快出現軟皮狀態。富臨真是燒鵝的專家,這麼多的菜肴輪住吃,最後仍然脆口。除了脆口,肉質仍然保持嫩滑多汁,味道很鮮美。果皮蒸南非鮑魚好大隻的鮑魚呀!果皮的香味滲透在鮑魚肉內,鮑魚的口感咬落像吃緊軟綿綿的啫喱,但非常爽口。蒸的過程、時間及火喉拿握得太好了。金銀蒜蒸三頭大元貝,蒜泥的味道全在這隻扇貝上。扇貝肉嫩滑大隻配搭濃郁多汁的蒜泥粉絲,一啖食落去真的回味無窮。吃吓吃吓才發現,今餐除了燒鵝外其餘都是海鮮。話時話,海上人都話今次的海鮮新鮮美味,值得再來。

極品燒鵝皇(例牌)
不是到到都可食到脆皮的燒鵝,有些地方開頭會脆,但放久了會很快出現軟皮狀態。富臨真是燒鵝的專家,這麼多的菜肴輪住吃,最後仍然脆口。除了脆口,肉質仍然保持嫩滑多汁,味道很鮮美。

好大隻的鮑魚呀!果皮的香味滲透在鮑魚肉內,鮑魚的口感咬落像吃緊軟綿綿的啫喱,但非常爽口。蒸的過程、時間及火喉拿握得太好了。

金銀蒜蒸三頭大元貝,蒜泥的味道全在這隻扇貝上。扇貝肉嫩滑大隻配搭濃郁多汁的蒜泥粉絲,一啖食落去真的回味無窮。

吃吓吃吓才發現,今餐除了燒鵝外其餘都是海鮮。話時話,海上人都話今次的海鮮新鮮美味,值得再來。

繼上次食評 - 石門三選一的煌苑後,今次襯著復活節假期到石門第二間中式酒樓富臨皇宮試試。今天中午去飲茶,由於這𥚃有不少食肆,加上這𥚃遠離住宅區,最近只有石門邨,所以假期也不用等位。點心拼盤($38)論價錢,都算扺食,有七件點心,包括蝦餃、燒賣、菜苗餃、潮洲粉果、黑芝麻蓉飽、义燒飽及紅棗膏各一件,質素只是一般,但就可以一次過試齊數種點心的味道。鮑汁炆鳯爪($38)賣相已經不大吸引,汁料亦只有豉油味,很咸。家鄉煎薄餠(中點$19)薄餅個漿太厚,煎得唔夠乾身。特式煎腸粉(大點$23)腸粉有啲部分煎得很硬很乾,而且上到枱時己晤夠熱。南瓜煎堆仔(中點$19)這個煎堆是最好吃的,雖然南瓜味不太重,但煎堆火喉剛剛好,又不太油。乳鴿($28.8)乳鴿顏色不大討好,味道都可以,都幾大隻。
