今日冇食到四選一,只係食其他點心,因為多數呢啲特價嘢,都係細細件冇乜肉食。叫下啲最基本嘅,試吓佢有冇料到。
先講包類,以馬拉糕同叉燒包為例,個包瞓得好鬆軟,有香嘅包味。叉燒包啲餡就似一般叉燒料冇乜特別。再講經典嘅燒賣,都係大集團熟口熟面嘅味道,冇乜驚喜。牛肉球依然溝唔同嘅料入去,既冇牛肉味,更加冇陳皮味。

反而有兩樣點心值得點提,特色炸兩同埋個煎堆仔,炸兩唔係用一般嘅油炸鬼,依家用咗類似越式春卷皮,識落冇咁油膩而且比較爽脆,如果中間飽啲芒果配上沙律更加有特色。而煎堆仔發起好大個,皮薄鬆脆有少許油香味,係有少少出乎意料。

咁嘅價錢已經比好多,屋邨酒樓好得多。以往去過呢一間其他地方嘅分店都冇乜好感,不過呢一間可以令我改觀。

見到富臨有任食2小時大閘蟹,就約埋兩位朋友去食。到達後,酒樓人數唔多,食蟹既亦大約得 6-7 枱,酒樓面積大,所以都坐得好鬆動。一起菜就黎左 d冰鎮鮑魚,味道一般,真係寧願佢求其清蒸可能仲好食d; 個湯反而唔錯,唔算肥膩,好飲。片皮鴨就係任食,味道都一般,建議想飽肚可以食多兩舊一定飽。最後到主角 -- 大閘蟹出場。第一 round會先送一隻陳年花綢蒸,坦白講,真係冇乜酒味 ... 食完我地就再叫多 3 隻油鹽焗,但等左30 分鐘都未有 (其他枱都冇), 酒樓解釋廚房蒸唔切,我覺得好搞笑囉,能夠做到 4 -50 圍晚宴既酒樓,個廚房竟然蒸唔切 d蟹??其實本身都怕太早叫定 d 蟹凍左,所以不嬲都係食完先再點,但最後真係好嬲咁一次過點晒 d 蟹 (因為怕又要等多 30 分鐘) ... 終於一次過黎晒 d蟹,其實d 蟹細隻都預左,但食慣大閘蟹既我一食,就已經可以肯定,係肯定,係好肯定d蟹只係用水洽熟而唔係蒸出黎!!打開隻蟹蓋已經有水,,同埋d蟹肉,一食就知係用水洽熟既,佢地真係以為咁就可以瞞天過海?如果你問抵唔抵食,$428 /2 hrs 都算ok既,d 酒樓姐姐換碟都快。但如果你係對蟹既

又食龍蝦,又食燒鵝,呢個價錢都正常。但真係好難食囉。

龍蝦件數正常,但係啲肉唔算大。龍蝦肉質死實實, 唔爽彈, 隻龍蝦應該唔新鮮。冇龍蝦嘅肉汁,所以個汁一啲都唔鮮甜 ,得個鹹字 。最頂唔順係佢個伊麵好淋好爛, 夾上嚟漿糊咁,一pat pat, 啲麵仲要係勁短勁斷。

燒鵝唔乾身,有肉,不過真係好肥呀。 好多肥膏, 食到滿口油,差點被啲肥膏哽死, 食起來好難受。

芥蘭煲配薑絲蝦乾,一般般啦, 薑味一啲都唔出, 叫做食得入口囉。

老媽子一向都好濫食,連佢都話呢餐難食, 真係要畀個喊喊face佢😭

今日又到富臨開餐, 突然想吃稯, 在點心紙上看到有“咸肉稯$24.5”( 可外賣/同價), 二話不說便叫了, 看看是怎麼樣的...因為富臨本身有賣稯的套餐, 要百多元. 當然是加了“貴料” 的呢!平常吃的不用吃這些, 簡單的便可.稯終於到了! 都幾大隻, 連稯葉上枱的, 有驚喜的!拆開再分開4份, 內有黃豆, 五花腩肉( 有肥膏連肉的, 調味調得幾好), 咸蛋黃等. 整體來說, 糯米較腍, 幾綿下, 透着陣陣稯葉香味, 食落味道也不錯, 又夠大隻, 比街舖賣的普通稯要大及實惠多呢!食一隻都夠晒飽了!

有日娘親想去打邊爐, 本來打算去馬鞍山近近地食一間任食嘅, 點知以前去開個間原來已經執咗, 又唔想食日式火鍋, 最後就去左石門食富臨任食。因為疫情原因, 酒樓真係好少人幫襯, 去到其實招呼都好好, 不過任食野食真係勁少, 我諗真正數埋都唔夠30樣。不過佢地係會睇人數送雞同魚, 仲有個海鮮拼盤,海鮮拼盤就一般啦, 都係雪藏貨, 不過要讚下條魚同雞,雞係真係滑身, 而魚有咬口同有魚香, 最美中不足就係任食款數真係超少, 連魚、海鮮都無, 豬只有豬頸肉, 菜都係5款, 閒日食就可能會抵食小小, 星期6同日就可以考慮食小菜或者其他選擇啦!

最近市道差,食店都各出奇招,我早排同阿媽去到沙田富臨食野,發現佢做緊個幾勁既優惠,就係食100送100。我地叫左兩道菜,正價共400幾,由於有優惠,最後只係比左200幾。兩道菜分別是醬茶鴨,另一道是蒸魚。醬茶鴨十分大隻,我地兩個人唔會食得晒,味道同賣相都上佳,再考慮埋佢個優惠,我覺得係十分抵。至於蒸魚就酒樓正常水準,唔算極之突出,但是交出合理水準,魚有鮮味。而且呢度起菜速度都幾快,唔會等好耐都無得食,考慮埋佢個優惠,十分滿意。
