最近食咗一餐非常唔錯嘅功夫廣東菜🤗由食物嘅質素、食材嘅配搭、烹煮嘅功架、擺盆、上菜嘅安排,到店員嘅服務態度,都令我印象深刻,席上每個賓客都讚好,個個食得開心愉快,呢度絶對係一間值得推介嘅餐廳,有朋友仲已經再訂咗下一餐😋唔係廣告,自費㗎😚

黃金魚湯脆米海東星班👍🏻 -全晚其中一個重頭戲,店員俾5秒你影完相,就會喺你面前倒啲熱辣辣嘅魚湯落去啲脆米上面,碟餸咋咋聲出晒煙,影相影video都好有睇頭。味道方面,魚湯相當濃郁,淡淡都充滿鮮味,生猛同大大條嘅東星斑,肉質爽滑鮮甜,油脂部分充滿膠質,配埋脆卜卜嘅脆米,味道好有層次,食唔停口

新鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉👍🏻 - 醬汁酸甜味恰到好處,晶瑩薄脆嘅脆漿包住肉質鮮嫩嘅新鮮豬肉,加埋新鮮菠蘿一齊食,一個字:正

鮑汁扣原件花膠扒配粗麵👍🏻 - 大大件花膠發得啱啱好,口感綿滑但有咬口,粗麵彈牙冇鹼水味

雞油花雕蛋白蒸蟶子王伴陳村粉👍🏻 - 隻隻蟶子好似筷子咁長,蒸煮嘅時間啱啱好,肉質又鮮又嫩,蛋白同陳村粉吸收晒蟶子嘅精華,配埋古月龍山嘅陳年花雕,一絶

薑汁雞油炒豆胚

江南脆皮百花雞 - 用沾上咗芝麻嘅脆炸雞皮包住花膠,味道略嫌單一咗少少,但係睇得出師傅嘅手工同埋功架

結果冇失望!

As for food, it’s fair at it’s given price point. The shark fin chicken soup is recommended. Generous portion given its price.

The sweet and sour pork, I can see why comments are quite opposite. It was very crunchy but then it’s also very greasy. The pineapple was the star of the dish.

The fried fish skin was the ordinary type covered with salted egg. The size is just a gimmick. Other dishes were fine.

I’ll come back, not necessarily for the food but their lovely staff.

Price: HK$500 pp (dinner)
