If you love Tsukemen, you should definitely try Fuunmaru.You can select the noodle portion from 200g, 300g, 400g (+5hkd), and 800g (+45hkd). The noodle is chewy and cooked to perfection (they timer it!). The cha-shu is so thick but not hard. When you dipped it in the sizzling hot broth, it’s just yum!

The broth is so rich but not too strong so, it won’t be hard for you if you want to drink it. This is so far the only place that Lid could finish the broth!

You could also add furikake rice to the broth!

Tips: Make sure all of your friends/family arrived, or else they will ask you to wait until all parties arrived.

星期六下午4點同太太及BB幫襯,雖然並非繁忙時間,但餐廳都係擠迫。太太食魚介豚肉拉麵,我食石燒牛油玉子豚角飯,另外再加玉子,煎餃子,及2件炸雞。拉麵的麵質一般,較淋及稍欠彈性。麵湯唔會太咸,都算夠香。拉麵並非風雲丸的主打,較為一般。我的玉子豚角飯,一來份量較少,對於男士來講應該唔夠。豚角亦只約有4 - 5件,份量方面可以豐富啲。其餘餃子太淋,口感普通。炸雞同樣太淋,如果可以質感脆啲會較好。職員服務方面OK,主動幫我地安置BB車。環境真係太迫,下次帶BB要揾空間多啲嘅

湯味濃郁唔會太鹹, 叉燒既脂肪比例較高, 碗裡面既芽菜可以balance番
