我同女友都好怕迫人,所以成日都會周圍去搵d冷門少少既餐廳試食,既可增加情趣,亦係一個好好既拍拖活動!之前女友就喺salon整頭時無意中睇到八卦雜誌介紹呢間餐廳,於是特登從新界山長水遠過黎試~呢度既環境同情調都好浪漫,如果帶女朋友黎,佢可能會係樓下電梯口發你脾氣,但上到黎入到餐廳入面一定會成個冧晒,仲會讚你安排得好添~餐廳入面人唔多,所以都可以好好享受私人用餐空間,我地order左個火箭菜pizza同羊架,食物份量都好充足,味道相當有水準,價錢亦算合理,兩口子都好滿意~

餐廳入面人唔多,所以都可以好好享受私人用餐空間,我地order左個火箭菜pizza同羊架,食物份量都好充足,味道相當有水準,價錢亦算合理,兩口子都好滿意~

This time we tried the semi buffet, I order the pizza and we can take the salad and desserts as buffet.Salads are fresh and the vegetables are delicious, the clams were tasteful with sea salt, it was very fresh although there is not much varieties but it was good to have some vegetables before the lunch!The pizza came! 週五和朋友決定到荔枝角揾食知道工業中心內有不少餐廳質素不錯,來到已接近晚上九點幸好這間餐廳仍然營業就坐下一試吧。點了一個 set dinner 和一客意粉。侍應先上麵包籃,熱騰騰非常軟熟可口。兩人忍不住食哂整籃麵包。Set dinner頭盤不錯,非常開胃醒神。主菜豬柳,肉質彈牙,但略嚴脂肪比例多了一點。加三十元點了甜品,藍莓芝士蛋糕,味道不錯。另外點了一客溫泉蛋三文魚子大蝦意粉,賣相精緻,材料配搭非常有層次感,看得出廚師用心花心思有驚喜。r\開心胃口特別好,再來薑汁梳乎里配車厘茄雪笆,梳乎里味道可口,個雪笆好特別,但不是我杯茶。這店裝修優雅,食物水準不錯,整頓晚餐吃得十分開心滿意,會推介朋友再來。

We had our team's celebration dinner here at G. Cuisine! Our group of 3 decided to have our  dinner here at G. Cuisine since they had a great repetition in factory dining in Lai Chi Kok. It is on the 4/F. Actually G. Gallery on the same floor next to it is also of the same group. When you take the elevators up, you can easily arrive at G.Cuisine when you look to the left. I've been to G.Cuisine for steak before, so I was intrigued to see if the pizza and Dessert was as good as the steaks here. W

This is the White Wine recommended by the manager here. Very easy to drink. A bit sweet. Good before meals. I especially like the bread provided here, but forgot to take photos. They provide black truffle butter and a red tomato sauce for breads. Olive oil and vinegar are also served on the table. 

For the 24oz T bone Steak, it was huge, medium rare, not overcooked, very worth to order, it just cost you $308. High in CP Rating.

 We have been missing the traditional Carbonara for long, since 90% of the western restaurants in Hong Kong are just serving "Hong Kong Hea style carbonara". For the last Carbonara satisfying me was ate in the Green Lounge located in Sheung Wan, I was stick to that, but the taste was not as good as before as before. I would say, this carbonara from G. Cuisine totally and completely makes me satisfied. I am sure I will be back for it. How good it is? It was with onion and blackpepper, well mixed with cream and milk, served with bacon and mushroom, a poached egg was on it for you to mix the egg yolk with the spaghetti. The spaghetti was like Al Dente. (9.5/10) It just costed us $118.

Not served with the highest class Wagyu. But Good enough for pizza topping. 
Full of mozzarella cheese, the sauce was rich, bringing out the orginally taste of the Wagyu. Wagyu is not well done, won't be too dry, very juicy.

The pink one, actually it was orange in colour? was a homemade orange sorbet served with a waffle-like butter creature. It refreshed our taste buds, helps you add more capacity for desserts. For the middleone, it was a "chestnut style creme-brulee", The Ferris-wheel-like thing was made with Angel Hair, there was a layer of chocolate crispy made with melten chocolates and corn flakes below the "chestnut style creme-brulee", under the chocolate crispy, i guess there was some custard cream made with caramel syrup, forming a pink homemade cream. I can't say how it taste, it was just GOOD, VERY GOOD for me. For the brown one, that was chocolate truffle cake. A very traditional one, really different with those we can have in MK, TST, CWB. I don't want to say is was very, very, very nice, it will be too hard sell. It is better for you to visit at least once, have a try, and you wil know, how different, how amazing it is. 

Overall, I recommend this restaurant for Openrice users . 
 
Other Info. : Environment and service was good tooo. Hotel quality food, Never expect the environment is as grand as 5-star hotel. Anyway, you will have a positive perception.

是晚最能令人留下深刻印象的, 竟然是甜品!!

其實朱古力軟心布甸亦即是心太軟,

這裡做得非常出色的是,

除了基本極為漏心及熱之外;

主要是它的蛋糕底部竟然是脆脆的、

而且又香口!!

好友生日,我們一行四人就去食一餐慶祝一下。因為我和朋友也好杯中物,而此餐廳又不用開瓶費(所以我經常來)。我就選了它為聚會點了。 先來的是鵝肝及鵝肝醬。鵝肝醬用上creme brulee 的做法;在醬面燒烤了一層趣趣的糖,令醬多了一層口感及中和它的油脂。這個前菜我用了白酒去配合,白酒的酸度中和了油膩的感覺,之後的after tasting又把鵝肝的香味又重新帶回來,感覺真好。我相信配toast味重的香檳更天衣無縫。因為今晚的主菜是意大利酒,所以點了牛柳及pizza.因為此酒比較味濃,所以配牛肉及蕃茄是十分配合。我因為不太喜歡吃肉,所以反而pizza會覺得好味一點。薄薄的一片加上厚厚的芝士及茄醬,加上紅酒。比港式厚批好太多。而帶子及海鮮飯就不過不失。可能rosotto 自己有心水口味,所以就有對比吧!最後大家過了一個愉快的晚上。可能有酒喇hahaha

因為今晚的主菜是意大利酒,所以點了牛柳及pizza.因為此酒比較味濃,所以配牛肉及蕃茄是十分配合。我因為不太喜歡吃肉,所以反而pizza會覺得好味一點。薄薄的一片加上厚厚的芝士及茄醬,加上紅酒。比港式厚批好太多。而帶子及海鮮飯就不過不失。可能rosotto 自己有心水口味,所以就有對比吧!
最後大家過了一個愉快的晚上。可能有酒喇hahaha

今天因公商務午餐,不能吃得太差,更需要較為可以傾談的地方.故選取了這所西餐廳,相信環境、食物可以合乎要求吧.Book了12.00noon, 到場時餐廳只有連同我們3枱人,感覺頗為舒適. 午餐一律serve Semi-Buffet: 前菜,湯及甜品都可從buffet枱上拿取, 主菜則是從餐牌選擇.走到buffet枱, 前菜有羅馬生菜、雜錦沙律菜、薯仔蟹籽沙律、蕃茄牛油果沙律等6款,正正合適本菜怪,拿了滿滿的一蝶. 另外,也拿了兩串串燒雞、炸雞、炸蝦片, 已經差不多是所有選擇了. 對於那個磨菇清湯興趣不大.食味方面, 因小人吃沙律菜曷不加dressings的, 所以只要菜夠新鮮夠爽便行了. 炸雞有點過硬,串燒雞水平OK.但那一大塊小人以為是蝦片的東西竟然是腍的!!味同嚼蠟,吃一口已放棄了!!主菜是青咖哩海鮮+煎茄子1片+波蘿1條+蒜茸包2塊. 青咖哩頗為重口味,偏咸, 不太辣, 海鮮有青口2隻,帶子1粒,小魷魚1粒,還有其他碎碎濕濕的魚肉呀,蝦呀等等;以及數條豆角. 不是難吃, 問題是吃完=沒吃, 份量少. 到最後小人要再多拿2串串燒及兩塊法包填肚.....也算了,誰知到1.05pm左右,

主菜是青咖哩海鮮+煎茄子1片+波蘿1條+蒜茸包2塊. 青咖哩頗為重口味,偏咸, 不太辣, 海鮮有青口2隻,帶子1粒,小魷魚1粒,還有其他碎碎濕濕的魚肉呀,蝦呀等等;以及數條豆角. 不是難吃, 問題是吃完=沒吃, 份量少. 到最後小人要再多拿2串串燒及兩塊法包填肚.....

也算了,誰知到1.05pm左右, 有一名女侍應走過來問:「知不知1.15pm要交枱的?」小人book枱時已說明要坐得久一點的嘛!不過也罷, 皆因此時餐廳內真是人山人海, 吵得比得上茶記.甜品也不吃便走了.

每位$138加一,不值,應該不會encore囉......

跟朋友的踏入2013年的一餐, 就吃好一點吧!如果沒有友人的介紹, 都未必知道在工廠大廈內美食。餐廳很簡潔的佈置, 讓人像進入另一個世界一樣, 離開繁囂。跟朋友點了兩個set dinner, 不論是前菜還是主菜, 甚至是甜品。由選料, 烹調, 到賣相都一絲不苟, 雖然價錢對我們來說有點貴, 但...其實物有所值。融入了泰國菜的西餐, 真的十分特別, 尤其是那道外脆內嫩, 齒脥留香的鵝肝。由裝潢上的點點泰國風到餐碟上的薄餅, 前菜的配料, 主菜的辣椒汁料, 甜品的雪糕讓人不忘自己正享受泰式異國情。

可惜十日後再試,令人好失望..
首先,set dinner 跟十天前無分別, 我選擇了一樣的食物, 味道竟同上星期食的完全不同

1) 前菜 : 賣相是不錯,但帶子有沙, 完全無鮮味...
2) 海鮮塁魚意粉: 同一味上次食過的意粉竟完全唔同味, 超SALTY...有兩片介腸仲over-cook 到個底黑色的, 反轉照給客人食..

3) 朋友叫個魚直頭係無味的...佢話食完都唔知食左咩
4) soup of the day南瓜湯: 全晚最差...其實知唔知好多人唔食南瓜架? 我朋友望住就飲唔落.
我本身都南瓜無咩問題,但個湯....唔creamy, 唔夠味, 得個甜字...唔合格呀!
5) cream brulee, 上一次食唔錯架,但今次....上面件杏仁脆餅 "林" 哂....發生咩事呀..

300蚊一位係唔貴,但以這種茶餐廳式食物質素黎講可以有好多更好選擇

Bread Basket:
A few different kinds of bread, but none of them were that good. Bread weren't soft enough, the crispy bread was a bit too thick and too hard. Not for me...

Starter:

- Deep fried Ravioli wrapped in parma ham with melon
This is a pretty weird combination to me, parma ham should go with something light to bring out the flavour of the ham, definitely not with deep fried food. For the ravioli, it was over fried, still golden colour, but it was way too hard and I could not taste the filling at all apart from the pastry.

Soup:

Chestnut Soup
Pretty interesting, a bit sweet to be soup, not creamy enough. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't overwhelmed by it

Main Course:

Baked Halibut with vegetable slices (aubergin, potato, tomato, onion)
This was pretty bad, the look of it wasn't appealing at all, everything was wrapped in a piece of foil.. They could have used waxed paper instead, I'm sure it would look much better. Most part of the fish was tender enough, but some part was a little bit tough. Not much of seasoning, no herbs, pretty tasteless. Vegetable were non-chew-able, they were really tough and rubbery, I couldn't eat them. Only the slice of potato was edible and the tomato slice was just ok to eat. This dish does not require any skill to make. It was terrible.

Dessert:

Chocolate fondant with pomelo ice-cream
I'm not a big dessert fan, but i was curious, because their savoury dishes weren't great, so I wanted to know whether they can do better dessert. The look of the dessert was impressive. But, pomelo ice-cream was too sweet to go with chocolate fondant... should choose something more tangy or sour to go with it in my opinion. For the chocolate fondant itself, the outer was too thick and floury, a bit dry. The molten chocolate wasn't gooey enough and it didn't ooze out. The flavour of the chocolate wasn't rich enough... It was just mediocre

Conclusion:
For $380, I could get something much better, maybe not as many dishes, but everything was mediocre, I really think this place is overrated and it is definitely overpriced for what it is. At an industrial building at Lai Chi Kok, rent is very low, they can do something much better if they want to.
