開了一段時間的荃湾店,現在的環境下,午餐時間來試吓,我覺得食午市套餐、價錢同質素是可以,但晚上吃貴貨就不作考慮。食材是新鮮,不過我個人覺得同一般連鎖店的質素沒有分別。還有店家自家製的梅酒,應該叫梅子汁,一些酒味都沒有。

至於鰻魚的質素我認為對得住它的價錢!魚身有一定的厚度吃下雖不算彈牙但至少不會霉淋,至於味道方面我覺得汁醬不夠香甜,而且鰻魚和米飯的熱力也不足吃下有點溫溫吞吞否則會高分多點!但餐廳午市免收加一這點都可以加少許分的,但如您問我會否返兜那我只能說偶一為之吧!
