真蠔  (每隻$58)
真蠔(Makaki)係屬Rock Oyster 嘅品種,食落無比鮮甜, 唔好睇佢體積相對細隻,其實佢味道肥美, 超有蠔味而且爽口,  加上日本酸汁同辣蘿蔔蓉一齊食, 蠔嘅鮮味同冰凍感更顯突出。
