荔枝角既元氣,lunchtime時間人唔算多,好多時都唔洗等就可以入座。今日叫左個 竹輪卷湯烏冬 $22,因為lunch唔想只係食壽司,想個人感覺暖一d。烏冬份量唔多,食完仲可以再叫幾件壽司,咁就剛剛好!之後叫左炙燒三文魚壽司、同兩件厚玉子。一如既往,炙燒黑椒三文魚依然係咁好食,調味足夠,加上炙燒壽司充滿住魚油既香、同時又唔會太熟,好香口。厚玉子同玉子既分別主要係蛋同飯既比例,厚玉子既飯唔多,所以每一啖都有好香既蛋味,而且厚既玉子,咬落去既個種口感好飽滿。最後我再叫左個日式芝士蛋糕,不過就唔夠凍,所以無左個種雪糕同蛋糕之間既感覺!希望下次可以有番夠凍既芝士蛋糕喇!

今日叫左個 竹輪卷湯烏冬 $22,
因為lunch唔想只係食壽司,想個人感覺暖一d。
烏冬份量唔多,食完仲可以再叫幾件壽司,咁就剛剛好!

之後叫左炙燒三文魚壽司、同兩件厚玉子。
一如既往,炙燒黑椒三文魚依然係咁好食,
調味足夠,加上炙燒壽司充滿住魚油既香、同時又唔會太熟,
好香口。

厚玉子同玉子既分別主要係蛋同飯既比例,
厚玉子既飯唔多,所以每一啖都有好香既蛋味,
而且厚既玉子,咬落去既個種口感好飽滿。

最後我再叫左個日式芝士蛋糕,
不過就唔夠凍,所以無左個種雪糕同蛋糕之間既感覺!
希望下次可以有番夠凍既芝士蛋糕喇!

好耐冇食過元氣,今日特登嚟食個下午茶🍵。一睇個餐牌😳嘩!又加咗價!A餐刺身盛$62,壽司盛每款$50,唔怪得客人寥寥可數。我地點咗一個A+一個B餐食物水準keep得到嘅,但餐牌上所寫的皇帝蟹柳就變成平民蟹柳囉!😑炸周打蜆湯餅幾好味唔錯!👍🏻👍🏻炸芝士魚波~呢個係新嘢第一次食,魚肉包住啲芝士,魚肉好彈牙,最好襯熱食,有一粒我凍咗先食,芝士變得冇咁香和質感化水。最值得一讚嘅係個日式燉蛋,十年如一日,始終好味不變,冬菇、蛋又香又滑!

炸芝士魚波~呢個係新嘢第一次食,魚肉包住啲芝士,魚肉好彈牙,最好襯熱食,有一粒我凍咗先食,芝士變得冇咁香和質感化水。
最值得一讚嘅係個日式燉蛋,十年如一日,始終好味不變,冬菇、蛋又香又滑!

連鎖店的輕記錄,當天晚上跟友人閒來無事又想吃壽司,就到了這家元氣快速鐵路線用膳,入座前大概等了十五至二十分鐘,還好算是不錯了,因為一行二人而在內的吧檯位置較多,亦需預留卡座給4-6人,所以我們二人被帶到了吧檯門面則是普普通通的,用以等位的位置較大,但並沒有安排等候座位餐牌除了最原始的實體餐牌,每檯亦需以電子器材點單,餐品齊全餐品會以快速列車送到,速度真的比日常待應送餐更要快及準確而且帶了一分孩子氣的可愛說到價錢及食物名稱大概比較善忘!真的不太記得了,但有圖附上,你們可以看到成品炸蝦卷的確味道不錯,份量和價格印象中是合符性價比的基本上速度快得一下子就放滿桌面北寄貝和八爪魚味鮮不難咬,三文魚跟其他則是普通的不過不失這客柚子胡椒鰹魚價錢忘記了,但味道卻是難忘的,配上柚子清香胡椒帶辛,看你喜好你可以把它夾下,因為其實單吃已經是很足夠的鮮味而且絕不難咬,魚皮亦很香滑三文魚頭湯,就是不過不失的沒什麼特別整體還算理想,比起北角那間分店,這家絕對是比較好得多了的

最近食左好多日本野發現元氣依家同出面壽司店質素有得揮(當然係差唔多價位果種)D野新鮮左 又keep住出新既壽司外賣同堂食個quality接近一樣今次外賣叫左個壽司盛Set + 單點左幾款其他野個set 有三文魚.帆立貝.赤海蝦.蒲燒鰻魚.熟蝦.炸蝦卷等等30幾件3個人每人百幾蚊 完全飽到頂點又唔洗排隊等位 外賣都只係等左20分鐘左右係外賣既好選擇最Like辣三文魚同牛油果軟殼蟹卷唯一可以改善係個芝士年糕番到屋企已經淋哂 (路程5分鐘左右) 有d失望

唯一可以改善係個芝士年糕番到屋企已經淋哂 (路程5分鐘左右) 有d失望

荔枝角區一間唔需要排隊既元氣分店,各款壽司正正常常唔會話特別難食,所以都需要太擔心,重點係唔需要等。爽...! 餐牌見佢有新口味做 promote,點左咖哩三文魚奄列壽司,實物同相算一致,除左食到炸物香味之外無其他。

星期五喎,對我呢啲五天工作嘅人嚟講,個心已經飛咗去放假啦!但係放假前,梗係要食餐好嘅lunch對自己好啲啦!所以我地就去咗食日本嘢,食咗Genki!其實佢有4個lunch set嘅,通常啲人一係就揀全sushi set, 一係就揀我呢個set啦。如果我平時呢,就一定會揀全sushi嘅set嘅,因為我最鍾意嘅辣味三文魚,但係今日身體唔係幾舒服,所以我就揀咗呢個啦。佢有沙律,關東煮,有牛肉udon, 仲有6件sushi! 我想講,其實係好夠飽嘅。啲壽司都係大路嘅壽司啦,不過個炸蝦卷差少少,唔係好夠脆。鰻魚,三文魚都好正路呀,個竹手肉烏冬其實係真係幾好,因為佢夠熱,而且啲烏冬唔係cheap嘢,真係有咬口。關東煮就一般般啦,但我覺得佢只係配角,其實又冇咩所謂。整體嚟講,係唔錯嘅選擇,好就好在唔洗排隊,可以坐低慢慢食,傾下計咁。咁先係happy friday呀嘛!

今晚放工老婆約咗人,剩番我一個人孤零零去食壽司。 幾時都話住喺西九四小龍係幸福嘅, 樓下商場食肆林立 ,想食日本嘢一條友唔使驚,食元氣啦!今晚冇老婆陪,所以隨便點咗幾樣嘢食! 揀咗個小食八爪魚 ,我好鍾意食呢一款小菜㗎,甜甜地開胃啲嘛!至於甜蝦刺身, 以元氣這些中價貨色黎講,不過不失啦!不算是頂級新鮮但都叫做食得落口。至於炸墨魚咀, 夠熱又夠脆 下次再叫啦!至於左口魚壽司, 選了赤燒左口魚的做法, 點落豉油又有啲鹹味,又唔會好似魚生咁,味道啱啱好!
