今天我和老公途經荃灣荃新天地一期,商場地下中間有間堅信號,突然好掛住小籠包及生煎包,所以毫不猶豫就進入餐廳了。星期六都有假日套餐,我叫了胡麻醬五彩冷麵,有雞絲、火腿、甘筍、蟹柳及青瓜,蟹柳份量奇少,冷麵有咬口,不錯!套餐可配小食:雲耳青瓜或紅油韭菜餃兩件(二選一),選了青瓜;飲品熱飲加$3 ,凍飲加$5 。另外,當然叫了最想吃的生煎包,生煎包皮煎得非常香脆,肉汁豐富,好好味!老公叫了酸辣湯麵,一般,單點淨面$48。

荃灣都係一個多野食既地方,市中心有好多可以揀,經過荃新呢間未食過就入左黎試下,不過食完之後就比較失望。最後點左個午餐,上海粗炒,小籠包,熱檸檬茶。上海粗炒雖然唔算係好油但味道又唔係夠濃,而且份量真係比較少,感覺食完都唔係好夠咁。。。小籠包可以話正常既不過不失既小籠包,細細隻咁。熱檸檬茶正常味道無咩特別。。。。整體黎講。。。粗炒份量真係比較少,如果對於話係一個午餐感覺呢個午餐價錢就唔抵食啦,食完一次就夠了。。。

今日來這店吃個下午茶,京式的下午茶套餐選擇也很多。有十一款又可以追加小食,一個人也可以吃得豐富。店鋪位於荃新天地一期,店內佈置簡潔,最特別是天花板有一個倒吊的生煎包裝置,切合這店的主題-----生煎皇。來這裡我當然是吃他們的皇牌,生煎包。選了一套堅信號生煎包(四個)加十元配一份手工冰粉,跟餐飲苿香綠茶。手機掃碼下單後食品很快上檯。一碟四個生煎包,整整齊齊擺放在各自的格內,吃一個取一個。包內的肉團結結實實,溫溫熱熱,肉汁在包內蕩漾,吸啜一口,汁液濃郁鮮味。包的皮層不會太厚,一面煎得焦脆香口,真是好吃。跟餐的苿香綠茶,茶味也是極香濃,一口一清香。手工冰粉,像啫里一樣順滑,全透明的色澤,每顆都晶瑩剔透,面層灑上乾葡萄,帶點黑加倫子汁味道,甜甜酸酸,是一道口感特別的甜品。
