今日午餐約了久違嘅朋友聚會,還有環境和食物配合,十分開心。頭盤係北海道珍寶帶子carpaccio,薄薄的一片片,鮮嫩無比,配上魚子醬,味道顯得高雅。南瓜意大利飯本應不太特別,配搭了馬蹄,口感隨即起了變化。馬蹄嘅清甜清爽口感可中和意大利飯少少膩感,好吃。香氣樸鼻而來,正正是黑松露pizza。Pizza面舖滿芝士和黑松露醬,互相融為一體,那濃濃味道,滋味無窮。還有松露片增添口感。最後當然要食甜品啦⋯⋯選擇多多。栗子蛋糕,綿滑入口,不太甜膩,配意大利咖啡,一流。

至於熱情果乳酪慕絲,味道就好清新,酸酸甜甜咁,老婆就話啱晒食完主菜之後可以清一清味蕾,而且感覺冇咁滯

🔆 Starter - 北海道帝王帶子牛油果🥑魚子醬沙律🥗

帶子都幾大隻,外邊略略煎過帶金黃色,入面仍然有點生,最上面女既魚子醬帶出咗帶子既鮮味。下面既牛油果🥑應該混合咗少少芒果🥭,所以食起嚟帶點芒果既香甜味。

牛扒我地要咗medium,上枱時已經係切好兩件,伴碟有菇同埋黑松露薯蓉。牛扒都算有牛味,入口尚算嫩滑。只係略嫌凍咗少少,可能情人節關係,食客比較多所以喺菜式上枱時間差咗少少。

🔆 Main - 利古里亞海鮮濃湯燴龍蝦🦞

有半隻龍蝦🦞、青口、蜆同一件魚肉,海鮮湯味道濃郁,但又唔會蓋過海鮮既鮮味。青口同蜆都煮得剛好,入口仍然肉質鮮嫩。龍蝦係有膏既,入口味道甘香,而鉗亦已經起肉,所以食得好方便。

蛋糕立體既玫瑰🌹賣相精緻,配合白朱古力慕絲內層,入口唔會太甜,內裡仲有少少紅莓果醬,酸酸甜甜咁幾好食。伴碟仲有蛋白餅同兩件手工迷你撻,為呢一餐情人節晚飯畫上完美的句號。

近來聽到不少朋友講起這間餐廳,一路都不知道這間餐廳怎樣讀法。這一間是位於中環分店非常之大間,門口就有很多美味的甜點,可供外賣!餐廳內部裝修非常高貴及闊落。Menu 裏面亦有不少的選擇餐廳廚房內見到一個焗pizza的大爐,所以好想食pizza. 叫了黑松露手工薄餅,裏面有黑松露片黑松露醬,黑松露欖油及水牛芝士$228 黑松露味濃郁,皮薄而且煙靭。pizza邊脆!松露跟芝士,非常之配合,口里仍然是黑松露的回香味!龍蝦湯龍蝦味濃郁又不太感覺那種只得杰撻撻。而是完全品嚐到龍蝦的鮮味。另一個前菜就是焗生蠔,這個非常有驚喜,因為好肥嘟嘟,而且非常之鮮海水味。平常焗完的蠔,是非常靭身,而這個仍然能夠保持Juicy太平洋藍金䱽魚韃靼特級初榨橙香香草橄油非常新鮮美味。最估唔到就是他配合旁邊的是……油炸鬼。一定要試吓它的甜點就是蛋糕今日選擇了兩款蛋糕一個是芒果拿破崙,另外一款就是伯爵朱古力。兩款味道各有不同!拿破崙餅底做得非常出色,芒果是甜甜的⋯⋯而那個朱古力外型脆脆,做得非常之脆身朱古力味濃郁。再配一杯拉花非常精美的Flat white and cappuccino! 好滿足呀!
