To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 另一個好吸引到我既亮點係椰子殼既底部調酒師特別加了一塊超大既冰塊,令到杯 Cocktail 可以keep 住個 frozen 感但又唔會因為直接落冰咁令杯飲品變淡,非常體貼,而且因為塊冰夠大夠厚,所以溶得好慢,我食完成餐飯佢都未溶哂!

主食我地就揀佐呢個比較特別既中西合壁,西式既龍蝦配上中式既鐵板炒麵,非常特別。
