在上甜品的時候, 我加點了一杯 christmas mulled wine.  佢比一般mulled wine少了酸澀味道, 就飲落重些肉桂味, 聞落有花香味, 成件事好岩我胃口. 我唔知bartender施展了什麼魔法, 但我飲完覺得好暖心之外仲覺得杯酒好順滑.

最後不得不提我心目中的重頭戲 -- 薑餅人甜品!!! 話曬我都係為左佢而叫呢個餐... 份甜品大份到跟本可以當主菜食!!! 味道不用多說, 不論薑餅還是樹頭蛋糕也是好食. 而最開心就係裝飾得好靚, 好有心思! 一路食一路望著, 我自己都跟著個雪人微笑起來.  好欣賞設計這個聖誕餐的工作人員, 除左帶來美食之外還考慮周到如何將節日氣氛及歡樂帶到客人心中!

原來太古城也有GlassHouse。太古店沒有中環店的景色,不過食物也是不錯的。餐湯是南瓜湯,蠻不錯的啊!主菜我點了牛肝菌意粉,香濃味十足;意粉有點像手工製成的;但沒太找到牛肝菌的足跡,卻有很多本菇,味道及口感是滿意!可惜的是咖啡很快就上桌,還未吃完主菜意粉,咖啡已放涼⋯熱騰騰的咖啡才好喝,現在變成暖的咖啡,不是我愛的口味了。GlassHouse有很多午餐選擇,沒記錯的話是由HK$118起;還可加配小食,雞翼 薯條 春卷等等。

和行山朋友想約一個地方聊聊天!其中一位朋友説想來這間餐廳很久,又怕星期日晚上會有很多人,所以提早預約了餐廳。這間餐廳有3間分店,星期日晚上不算很多人,當然先預約就肯定最好!我們四個女孩子點了三個主食、兩個甜品、每人一杯飲品。主食:酥炸黑椒魷魚海鮮配千島醬準沒錯!黑椒配炸魷魚也很配~大蝦黑松露咸蛋黃薄餅薄餅是薄的那一種,配料蠻多的。黑松露的份量不少,咸蛋黃就有點吃不出來!不過整體是好吃的。馬德拉酒芝士牛肝菌意粉這個意粉很好吃,溶溶的芝士配意粉很creamy。推介!飲品:斑蘭椰子冰沙很重椰子味,反而斑蘭味不太出。朋友們點了cocktail ,感覺ok,下次來試試~甜品:椰皇雪芭配馬利布甜酒這個甜品是雪芭配椰果,整個椰皇原個上菜,吃完雪芭後,還可以慢慢挖椰子肉出來吃。雲呢拿梳乎厘這個甜品是即叫即做,所以要等一會才上菜!上菜時熱騰騰的,很香蛋香,不配醬汁也很好吃!

芝士牛肝菌意粉不得了, 光看賣相已食指大動。忌廉濃稠、菇味重。忌廉煮意粉通常比較膩, 更何況加了芝士, 但餐廳把意粉份量拿捏得恰到好處, 在你感到膩口之前就已經把意粉食完。黑毛豬飯與湯分開上, 可自己調節湯與飯的比例。豬肉不過不失, 沒多吃到豬肉香味。但湯確實是很不錯, 是帶藥材味的湯, 我對於藥膳湯十分喜愛, 就算沒有豬肉我也會吃過不停呢。至於雞翼完全唔好食, 又乾又無味, 感覺是求其為湊數才加上雞粒, 成碟雞翼雞粒吃了兩口就不想再吃了。超差啊這道菜, 成餐飯質素本來很好, 然後就被這道菜拉低評分了。菊花超香, 蜜糖香醇自然, 相配合下整杯茶都極好飲, 有種安寧舒適的感覺。超級推薦!

黑毛豬飯與湯分開上, 可自己調節湯與飯的比例。豬肉不過不失, 沒多吃到豬肉香味。但湯確實是很不錯, 是帶藥材味的湯, 我對於藥膳湯十分喜愛, 就算沒有豬肉我也會吃過不停呢。

我見到呢度有好多好精緻既飲品,用的杯子很可愛,影相好靚。

花茶淡淡的,有蜜糖另外上,朋友們鍾意甜既可以自行加入蜜糖。

薯條炸得超級超級脆,而且份量都好多。
黑松露醬味道唔係太濃,對於十分鍾意黑松露的人,好似我,就會覺得再濃味小小就正啦。

松露焗豬飯好快就上左,個賣相唔錯,芝士係超級拉絲!拉到連分飯都有困難,芝士之間難捨難離,想抱緊些。木嘴一度拉絲一度唱住呢句歌詞,應該其他食客以為陳奕迅黎左想過黎攞我簽名。芝士下面有松露粉菠蘿蕃茄醬同豬肉,即係一般焗豬有既野都有。味道係好味既,一D都唔腬,蕃茄同芝士味相輔相成,但D松露味就唔夠出喇 (或者係因為木嘴掛住唱歌distract左個味蕾)。塊豬扒無炸過,我就覺得麻麻地喇,又薄,陣豬臭味出曬黎,因此大X樂既豬扒完勝!份量比平時焗豬細少少。

接住黎既係炸薯條配松露+蕃茄醬,見到唔少枱都有嗌到。碟嘢一上就知出事,D薯條泛晒油光,晶瑩剔透….木嘴一向好鐘意食薯類製品,但一食太油既嘢就會胃出事,所以見到咁,就唔敢食咁多。其實佢係炸得好脆,點醬食係好唔錯既,但真係太多油喇…食食下木嘴就….唯有下次嗌第2樣試下啦!

When other restaurants in Tai Koo Shing are running full and the Glass House has plenty of seats, this should be a red flag.  Our dinner came with a series of quality lapses: 1) A mocktail came with alcohol  2) A steak that never came with the rest of the order and when it finally did (30 minutes later), it was cold 3) A small chip of stone that somehow got mixed in the egg waffle caused a really bad toothache   4) A "Thai" beef noodle that could pass as  Vietnamese Pho If you are indifferent ab
