To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 我曾經懷疑自己上一世是星馬人,不知為何特別喜愛吃喇沙,經常以喇沙為我的午餐或晚餐。芝士焗馬沙文咖哩蟹配多士最面層是厚厚的芝士,一打開,裏面就是滿滿的蟹肉,咖喱味濃郁,將它塗在脆口的麵包上,入口滿足。龍蝦喇沙湯烏冬與平時的喇沙湯底不同,看着並不覺得辣,但放入口卻覺得湯底有鮮和辣味,結果一滴湯也沒有剩。麵條換成烏冬,雖烏冬彈牙掛汁,可是我覺得油麵和米粉較適合做喇沙。香草梳乎厘要等25分鐘都是值得,香氣撲鼻,夠熱又軟綿綿。環境是一個 字型設計,枱的擺位密麻麻,不太舒適。女侍應較男侍應細心體貼,個別的男侍應有點粗魯。

一行四人到太古城中心的glasshouse晚飯。weekend晚上六時半客人不算太多,到達後立即被安排入座。店內燈光昏暗,頗有情調。而且座位舒適,碗碟精美,給人良好的第一印象。點了4款食品,包括:BBQ duck pizza, lobster baguette, spicy pork meat with woba及korean steak sandwitch。BBQ duck pizza底薄,不會過份飽肚,中西fusion頗有新意。兩款包類水準正常。而最後加點的spicy pork meat with woba雖然惹味,但較為辣,生菜份量不足,可作改善。

冇錯呀又係牛😆牛扒唔會太肥膩亦都尚算軟腍,不過炒飯就比較遜色,雖有黑松露味,但整體味道偏淡。

太古城午市嘅餐廳全就全部都要排隊㗎喇,Glasshous算係少人排,大約10分鐘左右就可以入座。佢地門面好靚,入到去都算唔錯。餐牌大上列嘅價錢亦都係同其他餐廳差唔多。不過服務就差咗少少,落咗單之後等咗差唔多十五分鐘先上到菜,但係坐低就同你講九十分鐘用膳時間。咁無可厚非佢都係想喺午市時間做多幾轉。佢嘅食物質素其實幾好,不過俾佢上菜時間影響咗唔少。叫咗碟意粉,好有泰式嘅味道,不過細份咗少少。餐飲叫咗凍奶茶,超級難飲。

太古城首選!午餐時間超級多人排隊,但可以預先打電話book位,佢booking只可以係整數時間,即係例如12點、1點,如果你放lunch係12點半就要等下喇。餐廳入面環境好好,服務喺午時繁忙時間都會唔錯,但你要預搵侍應要等多一等。食物方面叫咗個all day breakfast,有蛋、有肉、有菜、有生果,非常健康,好啱忙碌嘅打工仔忙裏偷閒,食返餐健康嘅。份量方面都比較多,男仔都食到好飽。唯一美中不足係餐飲奶茶好難飲。

凱撒沙律就成日食,炸流心蛋就好少食。如果沙律同個醬撈埋左同個醬多返d就會更好,不過軟殼蟹同流心蛋都炸得非常好,唔會炸得好硬,流心蛋真係有流心,軟殼蟹都幾厚肉。

今日同男朋友行太古城之後見到間glasshouse 一直都想食金鐘嗰間所以我哋就入咗了佢哋有一啲fusion嘅菜式小食我哋叫咗雞翼配青檸檬香茅秘製森巴醬炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬個雞翼同個醬好夾 好開胃炸薯條並唔係一般嘅薯條 而係加咗一啲特別嘅嘢喺面 令到特別酥脆 嗰醬當然都好好食啦之後主菜我哋就叫咗美國頂級西冷配秘製京醬生熟度拿捏得好好 個醬都幾特別仲有叫咗慢煮12小時八珍甜醋牛肋骨牛肋骨好林 而且配八珍甜醋 有啲甜甜嘅感覺飲品我就叫咗菠蘿椰奶沙冰菠蘿同夜奶一向都係Perfect match所以好好飲 而且個杯都好靚甜品我哋就叫咗香草疏乎厘口感軟綿綿 好正
