一睇過外表就覺得好吸引....紅豆冰奶,紅豆和涼粉的比例剛剛好,甜甜的紅豆中夾離奶香味,三者非沒有搶去對方的鏡,反而是互補不足。而紅豆每粒飽滿得來,也煲得極之軟腍,整體味道沒有令人失望。

however, the cha siu was not as good as the eel...thick, cold and chewy (not the best cha siu I have had). The sauce was enough to finish the rice, but to be honest...the rice is huge and we couldn’t finish it. Overall, a good choice for quick eats! Wanted to try their famous tomato pork rice too!

When I went, I looked around what the diners were mostly eating and it was BBQ pork omelette so I tried that with a red bean drink making it a set.Maybe it was just for me but it was on the dry side. Maybe it was just for me but it was on the dry side. The omelette was not as runny as I expected but overall the dish was nice. The drink was sweeter, had more milk and less red bean compared yo cafe de coral's. The staff were also attentive, with special mention to the middle-age male staff who looks like the floor manager. He was looking at every table as he walks by the aisle, making sure everything was ok that there weren't any late or missed dishes. I gotta say, he is a valuable asset to Glee Cafe. I mean in HK where cafe/restaurant staff don't know the meaning of customer service"? And this guy comes along. At the back of my head, I thought that he was the owner but the other servers don't treat him any different from a regular staff so that suspicion out. I asked him what their other diners mostly order these days, their other recommended dishes. And he said the curry dishes, like the curry fish fillet and pointed out to me the "chef's recommendation would also be something to look at.

I will order the curry fish fillet on my next visit.

放假同朋友係銅鑼灣希慎行完街,就係後面條細巷搵左間冰室食下,估唔到有驚喜,叫左個$188平地嘅二人餐加水煮魚再加個甜品好滿足。例湯係淮山豬骨湯,加左小小蕃茄落去煲,飲落味道好夠,見到淮山亦好多,味道好出,係一碗夠火喉既老火湯。油麥菜眼望已經好青綠色,落咗少少蠔油,已經好夠味,而且食落口好爽口,味道新鮮,食材好新鮮。涼瓜炆倉魚,涼瓜係非常有益,但唔係個個頂得順涼瓜個種苦澀,餐廳處理得涼瓜味道好好,連我唔鐘意食好苦既苦瓜都好易入口。而且倉魚蒸得好滑,時間控制得岩岩好,入面夠熟而外面肉質夠柔軟。水煮魚食開小辣既人會覺得都幾辣下,但係都有食哂,因為辣得來幾好食,夠味,而且入面有好多魚食,仲有芽菜等配料,撈到飯同幾開胃。生炒骨都炒得好夠鑊氣,而且食落新鮮同夠脆口,咬落內裡肉亦非常鬆軟。最後食了紅豆蓮子奶凍,奶凍食落好滑溜,紅豆數量亦很多,一餐豐富既飯加美味既甜品感覺很滿足。最後不得不讚既係餐廳服務都非常好,食完主動仲幫我地清理枱面然後再比過兩杯新既水我地。

樂心冰室都算係銅鑼灣一間老牌冰室,今日喺銅鑼灣行完街同朋友經過就坐低試吓。裝修嘅環境風格同埋燈光都偏向懷舊嘅冰室設計,座位都係模仿懷舊冰室嘅座椅設計,不過座位相對比懷舊冰室就闊落好多啦!坐落去亦都係舒服嘅。坐低當時其實都差唔多夜晚六點幾七點,睇睇餐牌,佢哋都有好多比較新式破格嘅食物:例如鰻魚蛋包飯,不過到咗冰室就梗係食返中式嘅食物啦~所以我哋就叫咗一個晚市套餐。食物就有呢個醬爆鵝腸同埋叫咗一個豉油蝦,飲品方面呢食叫咗涼粉紅豆冰同埋我最鍾意嘅懷舊飲品菠蘿冰!食物大概15分鐘左右就上枱即叫即整熱辣辣。首先要講講呢一個醬爆鵝腸,入口第一個感覺呢就係醬汁嘅香味,同埋獨有嘅味道係口裏面爆出黎一層層嘅衝擊!呢一道菜嘅火候非常到家!不過呢個鵝腸就非常之軟熟,一點都不乾身,你試諗下熱辣辣火候十足嘅醬爆鵝腸食落口軟熟無比,根本就係有水準嘅中菜質素!之後就到豉油蝦:基本上每隻豉油蝦都有一隻手掌嘅長度,條蝦粗過自己隻手指,分量上已經係非常之超班!上枱嘅時間都係熱辣辣啱啱炒起嘅,食落口豉油嘅香味非常之入味,仲會有非常濃郁蝦嘅甜味可以食得出。證明本身蝦嘅選料都好新鮮同埋講究,蝦頭充滿着蝦膏味道濃郁,食過返尋味!

裝修嘅環境風格同埋燈光都偏向懷舊嘅冰室設計,座位都係模仿懷舊冰室嘅座椅設計,不過座位相對比懷舊冰室就闊落好多啦!坐落去亦都係舒服嘅。

坐低當時其實都差唔多夜晚六點幾七點,睇睇餐牌,佢哋都有好多比較新式破格嘅食物:例如鰻魚蛋包飯,不過到咗冰室就梗係食返中式嘅食物啦~所以我哋就叫咗一個晚市套餐。

食物就有呢個醬爆鵝腸同埋叫咗一個豉油蝦,飲品方面呢食叫咗涼粉紅豆冰同埋我最鍾意嘅懷舊飲品菠蘿冰!

食物大概15分鐘左右就上枱即叫即整熱辣辣。

首先要講講呢一個醬爆鵝腸,入口第一個感覺呢就係醬汁嘅香味,同埋獨有嘅味道係口裏面爆出黎一層層嘅衝擊!呢一道菜嘅火候非常到家!

不過呢個鵝腸就非常之軟熟,一點都不乾身,你試諗下熱辣辣火候十足嘅醬爆鵝腸食落口軟熟無比,根本就係有水準嘅中菜質素!

之後就到豉油蝦:基本上每隻豉油蝦都有一隻手掌嘅長度,條蝦粗過自己隻手指,分量上已經係非常之超班!

上枱嘅時間都係熱辣辣啱啱炒起嘅,食落口豉油嘅香味非常之入味,仲會有非常濃郁蝦嘅甜味可以食得出。證明本身蝦嘅選料都好新鮮同埋講究,蝦頭充滿着蝦膏味道濃郁,食過返尋味!

涼粉紅豆冰紅豆大大粒,保持住有咬口,加上涼粉嘅口感好夾;菠蘿冰基本上成杯都係菠蘿,就快多到滿瀉漏出嚟,感覺夠哂清新!

呢間冰室最初係男朋友介紹,我地都一齊黎左好多次,我就最鐘意食呢到既焗飯。今日有機會黎到銅鑼灣,就又黎到樂心食焗雞扒飯咖哩味好濃,好滿足不過真係好大份,我自已一個都食唔晒,食左3/4到就好飽。其實兩個人食差唔多平時同男朋友黎佢就鐘意食晚飯小菜。其實份量都好足,不過近呢幾年好似價錢都貴左唔少,依家一個晚飯小菜套餐都要80-90蚊,我就覺得比較貴!反而其他套餐,如常餐,或我食的焗飯之類都平好多,60幾左右,感覺都ok!

淋左豉油既白飯,厚滑既一層滑蛋,上面堆砌住燒得啱啱好既叉燒🤤🤤!滑蛋應該加左奶非常嫩滑。叉燒色澤雖然唔係最好,但咪睇佢外表,其實食落好淋同juicy!燒味最怕就係好咸,但呢個就唔咸,加上豉油都ok☺成個配搭都好完美!不過如果係一個女仔食可能要叫少飯啦,因為份量真係好足😂

魚香茄子煲係煲仔上熱辣辣香味十足🤤成個煲都滿晒肉碎同茄子,食魚香茄子最怕就係吸晒油淋晒,呢度個茄子軟硬適中,夾起唔會油淋淋,食落口都唔會一口油仲幾爽口添呀👍🏻😆配料有啲葱同辣椒絲,我就鐘意多啲配料!😂

今天一早去銅鑼灣有野做,响渣甸街附近揾早餐食,於是去左近街尾的樂心冰室。門口大大隻字寫住樂心冰室感覺食物質素可能唔錯地方寬趟,大量卡位,可以坐得舒舒服服。餐牌多款美食任君選擇,而價錢在銅鑼灣區也算合理,我叫左個早餐($38)。煎雙蛋煎得好香口,多士又好脆口。义燒湯意粉味道就一般,义燒無乜义燒味,似食肉片,湯底味道比較淡口,意粉口感硬度適中。熱咖啡味道唔錯,奶滑又有咖啡味,唔落糖也好好飲。總結,要快食早餐,目的也達到,簡簡單單又一餐就算了吧!

放工行過渣甸街, 只想搵間茶餐廳。就隨便入了樂心。本來以為是頹茶餐廳, 可能期望太低, 卻有點小驚喜, 味道不錯。日式炒烏冬其實都算多料, 除了蟹柳, 火腿等, 最喜歡裏面的日式甜菜(酸菜?), 令整個烏冬更有特色。而且炒烏冬來說, 它做到不油膩, 卻又很入味, 烏冬的質感還是剛好, 不會太軟, 整體來說是有水準的。 鮮茄焗豬扒飯它不是全用豬扒, 是豬柳。沒有豬扒那麼"鞋", 嫩滑很多, 而且肉汁有鎖住, 一點也不乾。鮮茄不太酸, 加上芝士, 味道鮮濃。而汁也足够送飯。我不喜歡吃大家樂太乾太硬的焗豬飯。剛好這個飯不太軟, 但也絕不乾不硬, 整體分數比大家樂高。一般茶記奶茶。其實環境都唔算太頹啊。

其實都算多料, 除了蟹柳, 火腿等, 最喜歡裏面的日式甜菜(酸菜?), 令整個烏冬更有特色。

它不是全用豬扒, 是豬柳。沒有豬扒那麼"鞋", 嫩滑很多, 而且肉汁有鎖住, 一點也不乾。
鮮茄不太酸, 加上芝士, 味道鮮濃。而汁也足够送飯。
我不喜歡吃大家樂太乾太硬的焗豬飯。剛好這個飯不太軟, 但也絕不乾不硬, 整體分數比大家樂高。
