Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🇭🇰GOGYO🇭🇰突然想小酌一下了,中環有不少出色的小酒館。剛好沒去過這家也有想吃和牛三明治所以就選了這裡啦。🍖F.T.W旨辛手羽先雞翅很貼心的分開了兩半 比較容易吃,喜歡它的醬料很不錯!雞翅稍微炸過的。🍟黑松露薯條最喜歡這種薯條了。他沒有放黑松露醬,估計用了黑松露油,看上去平平無奇 但吃下去有淡淡的黑松露味道🥩和牛三明治不錯不錯,非常厚,麵包烤的十分酥脆,配上一點點芥末醬更美味。🍣和牛海膽卷海膽估計不是品質好的那種海膽,比較腥。其他也還好。🍸Frozen Lemon sour日本燒酒+ 檸檬。喝下去甜甜的,不是十分高濃度🍹Grapefruit High ball這個比較高濃度,威士忌+通力水🍵Matcha High不好喝,不知道為什麼會酸個人覺得這裡很適合聊天比較靜,菜品種類也多。和牛三文治我還是覺得AOAO 那家更勝一籌。 continue reading

This Japanese restaurant in Central has a great lunch set. They have a variety of options to choose from like ramen and rice bowls, all of which are very high quality and well made. I really like their sashimi rice bowl, which comes with an assortment of sashimi like botan ebi, uni, ikura, toro, etc. The sashimi is incredible fresh and the rice is very well seasoned. A tea and salad is also included in the set. The portions are perfect and the restaurant is great for a quick yummy lunch. continue reading
