其真店員好加分,因為由一開始第一第二關都會每過幾分鐘就會過嚟幫你手睇睇個煲。呢關都唔例外,店員爆香蒜蓉,放入烏冬和牛肉,超正呀!!!!!舔舔脷,只係炒都已經流哂口水。

火鍋湯底先「3.6牛乳豬骨湯,老壇酸菜湯,鮮茄美人湯與正宗重慶麻辣湯」,揀左重慶麻辣湯。

安格斯牛肉好值得拎黎食,美國安格斯,半油半肉,油花均勻,涮十多秒涮到無血色即可食用,安格斯嫩嫩的牛肉跟油脂融為一體,滿溢的肉甜美與濃濃的肉香氣縈繞不已。

冬天和朋友聚會,少不了食火鍋,朋友喜歡還喜歡食雞煲,佢帶左我去油麻地金啫之鍋,火鍋店在樓上舖,主打雞煲火鍋放題。設置有大雪柜,放有火鍋配料和飲品,擺放整齊,客人可以任飲任食。首先是食雞煲,辣度有得揀,唔係好食得辣,揀左小辣。雞件已調味,加有洋蔥和莞荽,放上爐邊炒邊焗,香氣四溢的雞件好人味,肉質鮮嫩惹味!每人有一份海鮮,鮑魚新鮮彈牙。店內有一個大貝殼,內有大量的蜆,侍應請每枱其中一位客人戴上手套,用雙手一次過撈起蜆,撈幾多,那枱客人就可以食幾多。食完雞煲,侍應就將蜆倒入鍋中炒熟,蜆吸收雞煲醬汁和雞的味道,蜆肉入味,鮮甜冇沙。食完蜆,侍應將肉和烏冬放入鍋中炒熟,待烏冬和醬汁撈均匀,肉和烏冬炒熟就食得,口感滑溜的烏冬完全吸收醬汁,十分美味!之後從數款湯底中,選擇其中一款加湯食火鍋。我們選擇豬骨湯,湯底都好濃郁。從大雪柜中拎左一些火鍋配料,全部都好新鮮,洗得乾乾淨淨,擺放得好整齊。款式都有好多選擇。最後重有甜品奉送,清甜可口。

朋友已經開始放年假,夜晚約佢去食雞煲。一坐喺度就見到金啫攻略,教你點至食得啱😆雞煲有辣有唔辣,我地揀咗唔辣,只要跟住指示炒下焗下,過10分鐘左右就有得食。d雞好嫩滑,雖然唔辣但落咗八角所以有少少麻既感覺。完成step 1就可以攞蜆,數量由手掌大細嚟決定,然後職員嚟幫我地炒蜆同鮑魚。鮑魚食落軟腍,而蜆都冇咩沙,唔錯!到咗step 3既肥牛炒烏冬,一路炒d蒜香味道出哂嚟,聞起都流口水🤤最後一個步驟係打邊爐,有豬骨、番茄、酸菜同麻辣湯底,我地揀咗番茄。雖然我地本身已經飽飽地但都食咗成10碟🤪順帶一提,飲品係任飲既~

朋友生日說想吃雞煲,但我又驚她大吃,要我請客吃窮我🤣🤣🤣所以選了這間任吃的😈😈雞煲~超級惹味❗❗點了小辣,濃郁而有點舌頭麻痺的感覺,當吃第一件雞時,都因太惹味而停不下來🙈🙈最後,還再加了一轉雞才夠吃😈😈😈蜆~很有趣,是自己用雙手一次過,能拿多少就可吃多少😂😂😂以遊戲來餵飽五臟廟👍👍抄烏冬~是用雞煲剩的汁,抄完蜆,再用烏冬吸取精華來抄,有點點的鍋氣味,很好吃😋😋火鍋~最後就是挑選湯底,再到雪櫃裡自由取火鍋配料,價錢合理,絕對吃得飽😈😈😈

雞煲已經在香港流行了一段時間,並已發展不同類型的吃法。今晚便來試一間開了不久的雞煲火鍋。價錢由$188起,不同時段有不同價錢,可以向店員查詢。飲品有汽水、罐裝飲料及部分啤酒。第一關:啫雞煲,無限添加。雞煲上枱時,已經半熟,店員負責再加熱攪勻,過幾分鐘便可以進食。雞煲內在大量香料,包括辣椒、洋蔥、紅蔥、蒜頭和姜片。這個雞煲屬於乾身的,所以雞肉吸收了香料的味道,更加惹味。第二關:海鮮啫煲。差不多吃完雞煲,就可以出去,用雙手拿蜆,一次拿到多少,便可以免費享用。蝦、鮑魚、蟶子和蜆,加在雞煲內炒香,因為煲內的醬汁已經有雞肉和香料,所以海鮮的味道更加香濃,果然是一個不錯的吃法。第三關:金啫極品啫牛肉烏冬。吃完海鮮,店員再將牛肉及烏冬放在煲內炒熟,烏冬吸收海鮮、雞煲和牛肉的味道,口感和味道層次豐富。第四關:加湯打邊爐。吃完烏冬,加湯後,便可去雪柜自取火鍋配料,配料包括有肉類、海鮮、丸類和蔬菜,其中以豚肉最為突出。甜品:椰汁燕窩,味道不過甜,份量適中,吃完很滿足了。
