6/12/2017晏晝食完野,想用信用卡俾錢,佢話要$200先收卡,我當時唔夠散紙,想佢通融,佢打死唔肯,話難做喎(用EPS都話唔得)。我環顧四周,見收銀位有大大隻VISA字樣,未見有消費幾多先至收卡嘅語句。之後有個女嘅show份大menu俾我,第一頁就話有消費400先收卡嘅字句。件事原本好簡單,不過我好唔滿意嘅係,第一,客人入到餐廳,第一只會睇你餐廳嘅環境格局,入面有冇位坐,唔會睇你份大menu,何況點午市套餐根本唔需要睇大menu; 第二,我留喺餐廳,我太太出去銀行攞錢,佢行出去嘅時候,全部四個女侍應走哂出嚟,啤住佢,驚住我地兩個想走佬咁!OK,走佬就走佬,以後唔再幫襯,就係咁簡單!

第一次到這間餐廳吃午飯,有意㚈驚喜!冬蔭公湯酸辣甜美、辣椒花甲-那些蜆肉新鮮彈牙、還有黃咖哩雞法包-濃濃香滑的咖喱放椰子內,外加一層法包 (脆脆的法包浸滿香滑的咖喱,想起即想再吃)、再加上一杯香茅薑杞子熱飲;幸福感覺滿瀉!飽餐一頓後,沒有滯漲和口渴,証明真材實料,不含味精。那裡的員工和主廚都是做了二十多年的員工,真正的老字號。泰籍主廚堅持用新鮮材料不開粉,是品質的保證。以後有多一間好食去處了😃😃💕😋😋

假日來九龍城覓食,當然要試試這邊的泰國菜。走著走著看到了這家泰國餐廳,聽說是很久歷史的一家餐廳,於是便進去一試。數張餐桌餐牌如下來泰國餐廳,我必定會點泰式生蝦刺身$92。一邊冰鎮著的生蝦刺身,連蒜頭辣椒一齊吃下去爽口彈牙,連蝦頭都炸得香脆可口。炸蝦餅$53炸得可口的蝦餅,裡面還有一口口的蝦肉。泰式柚子沙律$65清新的選擇鐵板蠔仔蛋$76蠔仔數量不少,不過略微不夠香脆,過份軟身。鮮蝦冬陰公湯 $109/中中間的爐火把冬陰公湯一邊暖著,每一口都可以喝到熱熱的湯。湯裡的蝦肉香草菇也不少,而且香茅、檸檬葉的香氣撲鼻。

名乎其實是雙色糯米飯,我喜歡這裡的黑糯米和白糯米比例是一比一,黑糯米獨特的咬口感加上軟腍腍的白糯米,混在一起那口感非常合拍,食起來沒有單純食白糯米那種滯口感~

今晚約好美容師九龍城威由於我經常吹水她說要跟著我到九龍城惟有找最穩健的金蘭花因為十年前已開始食她冬蔭公爆炸雞鹽燒鰂魚非常鮮嫩骨是大骨這燒鰂魚很超值沒坭味 不腥一定程度的甜度和滑溜神來之燒只有真正泰國廚師廚娘肯造這樣熱天這麼價錢90多做至少半小時對著明火本人對泰籍人士敬佩可見一斑28$ 兩個抓餅幾乎好吃過印度人手造的最名貴只一個煲278$粉絲鮮蟹煲絲毫不辣蟹不鮮就會露餡所以這個蟹十分滿意十二分新鮮雖稍貴但算值得一整隻有齊拑和蓋現在什麼都貴這裡又不加一280$😌⋯⋯可以接受女友連蒜茸包都要其實粉絲好多真的飽暖看到溫碧霞在這店留影二十多年老字號實在可靠的這樣又魚又蟹的海河鮮晚飯每一個250$

今日經過九龍城,諗住是但入一間泰國餐廳食野。點知就中伏!入去已經覺得奇怪,間間鋪都甘多人,得佢甘少人。點知發現店員態度極度差,全程黑曬面。叫佢落單,寫完兩個餸之後,我問我朋友要泰式炒飯定白飯(3-5秒嘅時間)。個店員寫寫下走左,我朋友問返先知佢寫左泰式炒飯🙄🙄🙄來到d野分量少得離譜,咖喱豬裡面得3粒豬,勁多汁。全程個個店員態度都極度差。以後唔會再幫襯!
