元朗的好燒式燒烤店是我的心水食店之一,今日難得在附近工作,當然要帶埋同事去一試究竟。店內的環境跟以往相差不大,大約有七至八張餐枱,足夠容納二十多人同時就餐,而且在衛生情況方面,仍然保持水準,一眼望去,相當整潔。菜單方面,餐廳依然有多款燒烤主食等提供,經過我多次嘗試後,我已經有一套私人心水菜單,其中包括鹽燒牛舌串、燒雞髀、蒜蓉燒茄子(原條)、日式雞柳串、雞軟骨、燒冬菇等等。其中重中之重的當然是蒜蓉燒茄子(原條),香口的蒜蓉鋪滿整個茄子,再經過燒烤的烹調方法,能慢慢把蒜蓉香滲進茄子肉中,鮮甜的茄子配上香濃的蒜蓉,自然成為必試之美食。另外鹽燒牛舌串也是相當值得一試的美食,厚實的牛舌啖啖肉,用上最簡單的烹飪方法-鹽去燒制,能吃得出食材本身的鮮味,成了我每次到訪必嚐的食物。
