呢間串燒真係由我細細個10幾歲着住校服食到而家3字頭,由第一間嘅油麻地店,到太子店,到而家嘅元朗店,一幫襯就10幾年,好驚喜嘅係香港呢個速食文化世界,佢哋keep咗10幾年呢個水準,仲要時不時推出新菜式,越做越好,真係大大力推題外話,香港餐廳好多時候會衰係服務態度上面,但係呢間串燒小店,服務好得嚟,唔會好似大陸咁浮誇,但成個過程真係好舒服,見到老闆老闆娘同啲夥計由心而發既 由食物嘅質素 到對待客人嘅態度,好多嘢客人都會用心感受到,香港經濟真係要靠香港人救,真心香港人支持返咁有質素嘅香港餐廳

上星期和家人到元朗逛街,晚上想食燒烤,就去好燒式食燒烤,店面不大,但幾舒適,店員態度親切,耐心向我介紹各種菜款,確是抵讚。燒龍蝦,好大隻,有蒜蓉和芝士兩種口味,各有各好味,我個人覺得蒜蓉燒較惹味。龍蝦肉質相當彈牙,而且很厚肉,真是啖啖肉,半隻只是78元相當抵食。燒大眼雞,都幾大條,賣相好吸引,魚皮燒得十分脆口,有食薯片的感覺,肉質非常嫩滑,感覺好新鮮,相當美味,一定要試試燒鮑魚,好大隻,足足一個掌心大,燒得好香,很有口感,入口軟滑爽口。伴碟的蕃薯蓉亦好好食,甘甜可口,絕對達到好好的綠葉效果。原條蒜蓉燒茄子,香噴噴,很軟滑,而且十分惹味,我平常不多吃茄子,也覺得好味。燒菠蘿燒得好靚仔,都幾大份,燒過的菠蘿更甜,比食鮮菠蘿更好味。燒雞中翼都好惹味,微微辣,有肉汁,比自己燒好味得多。店家好好人,還送我們每人一碗蕃茄濃湯,蕃茄味濃郁,濃稠度適中。
