蟶子皇是我很喜歡的食材,蟶子皇很大隻,鮮甜爽滑,一點都不韌。
蟶子加辣椒醬,辣椒醬雖然惹味,但也會過份地掩蓋蟶子皇的鮮甜。

雖然這間新派酒樓可能因為才剛開業一兩天的關係,點心上桌的時間頗為緩慢,需要等待良久才可以有點心吃,服務效率實在有待提升,不過這兒的點心的確甚有水準,我已打算在不久後再來這兒試試它的各款看來甚為吸引的晚飯小菜呢!

7月26日,來到西九龍新地標~V Walk,來到新餐廳~小富臨,試吓新食物~五星拚盤,真係好好睇中個五星拼盤,不是傳統燒味拼盤,而是點心拼盤,内有原味蝦餃,鳳眼餃,出色燒賣,即製小籠包同埋鮮蝦菜苗餃,每一樣都很精緻,不是一般酒樓D嘢可比,慢慢享受,突然間以為嘆緊一個美味的早茶。沙田燒乳鴿真係燒而唔係炸出來,雖然炸嘅嘢會香口D,但乳鴿的調味適中,皮唔係脆卜卜嗰隻,但好味得來又覺健康,正!!下面两道餸就係我鍾意嘅海鮮,分别係花生苗紫金醬炒蟶子和薑蓉松露鮮龍蝦,花生苗少吃,連蟶子炒更加係第一次,賣相絕對加份,犹如加咗份量的蟶子,满足。龍蝦够新鮮配埋黑松露醬,簡直係頂級享受。最後的紅菜頭鹹魚雞粒炒飯為呢餐寫下美好的句號。

沙田燒乳鴿真係燒而唔係炸出來,雖然炸嘅嘢會香口D,但乳鴿的調味適中,皮唔係脆卜卜嗰隻,但好味得來又覺健康,正!!

下面两道餸就係我鍾意嘅海鮮,分别係花生苗紫金醬炒蟶子和薑蓉松露鮮龍蝦,花生苗少吃,連蟶子炒更加係第一次,賣相絕對加份,犹如加咗份量的蟶子,满足。龍蝦够新鮮配埋黑松露醬,簡直係頂級享受。最後的紅菜頭鹹魚雞粒炒飯為呢餐寫下美好的句號。
